What did you experience and worked for you. 1.Ejaculating after PE 2.No ejaculation after PE 3.Supliments(including tea) 4.Balooning even for days 5.Wrap your penis thru tha day 6.Diet specially for PE 7.Kegel(contraction, push) 8.Don't pee for long periods 9.Do some light PE(stretches, a few jelqs) 10. I contribute my "Plumpness" to Jelging and mostly Erection management. Whenever I get an erection I take advantage of it no matter what time of day or where I am. I try to keep it for as long as possible while squeezing and doing a modified form of ballooning ( yes even while working). You don't always have to whip it out to accomplish this. My wife has consistently aided me in this endeavor by helping me aquire and maintain those erections even though we aren't engaging in sex. My theory is this...............If we can increase Lung capacity of oxygen by doing regular exersizes targeting breathing, why can't we increase blood volume in our Penises by doing the same. The way I see it, one erection is like running a short distance........many is more like running a marathon. I NEVER discourage my unit from standing tall anymore, I encourage it.
