At the start of the year I started going out with a new girl and since then premature ejaculation has become a big deal for me. With my past girlfriends I lasted reasonable amounts of time but now I am having big problems. my question is, will PE solve this problem - maybe by giving me more confidence or whatever? Its gotten so bad that even when im drunk i think of cumming too soon and i do! Help!!

Hello there. Exactly the same thing keeps happening to me, with my past gf there was never any signs of premature ejaculation, she had always said that I was really great in bed, however with my current gf from the very start it went kind of wrong. There are days that I last longer but most of the time I don't, which even makes me insecure about having sex in general. The drunk part reminded me of myself, when I am drunk I can go on for a long time which proves that the problem is more psychological.

I am now trying to relax about the whole thing, hopefully the keygel excercises will be showing the results soon. Keep me updated!

You can try kegels and possibly ballooning/edging as well. I've dealt with premature ejaculation before, but since I started kegeling I've been able to last longer, and have even completely fought of urges to ejaculate. Much of it is psychological though, so just try to relax and enjoy the moment. Also, masturbating earlier in the day always keeps you from becoming overly excited. Good luck!

I think pe might be helping this situation for me already. On sat i had sex with my gf,within a few min i felt like ejaculating but as i was at the PONR i kegalled very hard, i thought icame but i didnt. I did this maybe 2 or 3 times and the urgr to ejaculate went away! I was able to have sex now no worries apart from my erectio. Which subsided a bit ( it wasnt rock hard as before). Do you think overtime i will be able to keep my erection hard after kegalling a PONR?

Congratulations, makeitbig. This is a common occurrence for men who PE, especially those who Kegel properly. As for your question, if you stick with it, there shouldn't be any reason why it wouldn't.

What timeframe into sex is ejaculating considered premature? i.e. cumming after 3-5 minutes of intercourse.

You guys should also consider talking to your girlfriend about it. This has happened to me before and its purely psychological. Talking to my girlfriend really helped and overtime it went away. Kegels also help and so does edging.
