As most of you know, my feild for some time, has been physical training to overcome premature ejaculation , the pelvic floor, kegels /rk , edging,mmo and the like.
At the moment we are fortunate to have a number of guys posting in these areas on this site . Many newcomers are confused by the variety of voices however. I had thought this thread could help provide clarity, to what some may percieve as chaos and function as a masterclass .
It seems to be that the basic direction is similar for most coaches and the differences are mostly of emphasis. For instance in regard to the pelvic floor I believe in trying to balance between front and back ,kegel and reverse kegel It appears that most other coaches are attempting the same thing but have different ways to go about it . Imac believes in rapidly attaining ability to isolate reverse kegel into front and back rk so as to attack what he believes is the weakest point ,front reverse kegel . JM believes in 100% reverse kegel (rk) routines to get a quick response . Both seem to regard my step by step methods as staid. Minuteman seeks depth and detail to such an extent he can bewilder. Spanky experiments with supplements that others look askance at. Despite my background in mmo, it was Pe zen whose writing on edging method echo through the forum, though he is long gone. Pirate has become an admin and sits on Mt Olympus .
So guys the subject is physical pre e training, the invite is to all who consider thy teach on the subjest. Points of view on kegel/reverse kegel training progression out of sex , edging and what if any progression to use with it for this purpose and other relevant subjects are welcomed.
