Exitement and arousal happens between two ears rather than two thighs so I think getting your mind in the right mindest is definately the key to curing PE. I highly recommend you take a look at a cool hypnotherapy and NLP program by Wendi Friesen for premature ejaculation. As well as eliminated worry and anxiety which could cause fear she also sets a trigger in your mind you can use to switch between arousal levels at will. It costs about $80.

As well as sex, you could also use this for your edging routine. According to her website their were some guys who used the trigger to achieve multiple orgasms by reaching orgasm and then quickly triggering a lower arousal level before ejaculation happened. BTW if you do download it, that trigger track is the one called 'Ultimate Orgasm'. The recordings are extremely professional.

I'm curious to know if anyone has tried hypnotherapy or some form of mental manipulation to aid in defeating premature ejaculation or last longer.

My imagination has worked best for me.
