Well ive been kegeling for awhile now and started a month ago reverse kegeling, but I noticed maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago when its time for me to kegel I noticed im almost ALWAYS kegeling. I think this is hurting my performance big time and dont know how to stop. Whatever it is im almost always kegeling without even trying. Now I dont even know anymore if I should still TRY to kegel since somehow my body does it itself. My routine is kegel and reverse kegel every other day.
Whatever im doing whether im at work or eating at a dinner, somehow my body kegels itself and when I notice it, I try to release it. But when im about my business I forget about everything and then notice im kegeling again lol. I hope this makes sense.
Anybody have any idea why this happens or if this is normal or if I should still continue my kegel process? My main concern right now is to master the reverse kegel so I will still do reverse every other day.
