Hello everybody. So recently I have decided to begin a kegel/reverse kegel routine. I was wondering how I should start off for optimum results?
I'm a virgin so I'm not really sure if I would suffer from premature ejaculation, but I typically last around 10 minutes while masturbating.. although I have to hold off and stop a bit when I feel overstimulated. If I was really horny, I could probably finish in 4 minutes, and if I really wanted to hold off, I could take small breaks and last up to 20?
Also, I feel like my erections could be stronger. If I stop stimulating it while masturbating, my erection grows weaker after a short while. Also, they seem to get weaker when I stand, and I don't really have many morning erections.
I want to have a balanced pelvic floor, be able to control my lasting time in bed, and maintain a strong erection.
Additional info: I'm 20, in decent shape physically, uncut.
Basically, what should my kegel/reverse kegel routine consist of? And any tips/input? Thank you!
