From what I've read, I understand that there are front and back kegels, and the same goes for reverse kegels. In imac's thread, he explains how to practice front and back reverse kegels.
*However, I'm confused about the difference between front and back regular kegels. I thought the primary focus was the perineum, but in imac's thread, that's the focus for the back reverse kegel. So does that mean clenching that muscle only is a back regular kegel? If anyone can clarify, that'd be great.
And it is it necessary to practice both front and back?
