Uff... its been two years since I last used this site and it feels good to be back and get help and help the other pegym users. Lets get to the point. The last time i was on this site, i was talking to you guys about my PE problems and how i was beginning to overcome them. If u'd like, you can see my old post, if there even around. Well, like i said, it's been almost two years, i was still in high school at that time, and you know over that time, you can disconnect yourself abit. Ok, so i been having these contractions, out of nowhere and there uncomforterable. I've been having a couple of other issues as well. Sometimes, my penis get erected for no aparrent reason, out of nowhere, during work, on the train, when i'm trying to sleep and its uncomfortable.. Also, it seems that some PE problems may be coming back. Sometimes I masturbate and i ejaculate fast, sometimes i masturbate and when reaching the point of no return , i stop and the contractions come. I also from time to time, practice jelquing while in the shower. And i noticed, that i can stroke as much as a want, but when touch the glands, i get the frickin contractions. And for some reason, theres this muscle between the ballsack and the anus, that sometimes gets real stiff..... So, one thing i know from my past expierence two years ago, is that after i started having sex again on regular basis, the problems started to go away. It was a matter of getting sexually active again.... But right now i dont have a girlfriend.... and in a month ... im going on vacation.... and i know i will be having sex....so i want to see if i can get back on track and solve some of these issues.. I know it wont happen in a blink of an eye... but i need to get back on track, get my head in the right place...... So do you guys think you can help me, kegels, reverse kegels, exercise, root of the problem..... something ? I really appriciate it ...
