    Uff... its been two years since I last used this site and it feels good to be back and get help and help the other pegym users. Lets get to the point. The last time i was on this site, i was talking to you guys about my PE problems and how i was beginning to overcome them. If u'd like, you can see my old post, if there even around. Well, like i said, it's been almost two years, i was still in high school at that time, and you know over that time, you can disconnect yourself abit. Ok, so i been having these contractions, out of nowhere and there uncomforterable. I've been having a couple of other issues as well. Sometimes, my penis get erected for no aparrent reason, out of nowhere, during work, on the train, when i'm trying to sleep and its uncomfortable.. Also, it seems that some PE problems may be coming back. Sometimes I masturbate and i ejaculate fast, sometimes i masturbate and when reaching the point of no return , i stop and the contractions come. I also from time to time, practice jelquing while in the shower. And i noticed, that i can stroke as much as a want, but when touch the glands, i get the frickin contractions. And for some reason, theres this muscle between the ballsack and the anus, that sometimes gets real stiff..... So, one thing i know from my past expierence two years ago, is that after i started having sex again on regular basis, the problems started to go away. It was a matter of getting sexually active again.... But right now i dont have a girlfriend.... and in a month ... im going on vacation.... and i know i will be having sex....so i want to see if i can get back on track and solve some of these issues.. I know it wont happen in a blink of an eye... but i need to get back on track, get my head in the right place...... So do you guys think you can help me, kegels, reverse kegels, exercise, root of the problem..... something ? I really appriciate it ...

    Sounds like you would benifit from a reverse kegel heavy kegel/reverse kegel routine . You might try edging also and I recommend you ejaculate regularly.

    well maybe .. I posted this like around 6 or 7 yesterday but i want to talk about what i experimented after the post.. At around 9 , a jelqed and masterbate with a pov the lenght of 15 minutes. Like i was telling you before, im was feeling aroused quickly so i had to do the climax and stop routine. I decided not to ejaculate.. 3 hours later i watched another video and i was quickly aroused and this is what i really want to talk about. While I was trying to do the climax and stop routine, the muscle between the ballsack and anus, was contracting back hard like a uncontrolable kegel. The muscle was real stiff, the contraction was like, think of it as the hammer in a gun. It yanked 5-7 times back real hard and started to go away . I think thats my main issue. How can i control that muscle? I remember doing kegels and reverse kegels back then but i find it hard to do now. Just in case, last night i tried to do a slow kegel, 3/4 erected, and my penis was going crazy jumping a bunch of different directions. In this case, you would recommend not watching any adult moives.

    As stated reverse kegels help control kegels .
    Many guys here find porn a contributing factor and avoid it.

    Involuntary Kegels
    Eliminating involuntary kegels - This was my main insight after exploring Pegasus' balance theory as above. I now believe that to address the physical, and any imbalance you may have, tackling involuntary kegels first is a must, and no amount of kegel exercises will really help until you beat these. It's like a first stage to asserting control over your body. Get rid of them. You have two approaches. pe_ZEN's method as linked above, where you counter the involutary with an RK, or Minuteman's method of taking over the involuntary with a 1-3 second kegel hold before it dies down on its own.

    Do as Peg has said here, his advice has made a HUGE difference for me. work in a lot of RKs and a few kegels, like a 70/30 mix. I would add cutting the porn and adding meditation and edging. Porn is probably causing your random erections because of a psychological factor, and it will speed up your time to PONR. I do kegels/rks along with my mindful breathing and yoga to help me gain control over my pelvic floor. I also do both pe_zens and minutemans methods to switch it up and gain full control while edging.

    I doubt you'll get the results you want in a month, stick with it and you'll see the results as I am beginning to.

    Question about reverse Kegels. My understanding is there are three types. The regular kegel, reverse front and reverse back (like pushing the anus and pushing to urinate). I'm find after training with regular Kegels you will def feel when they are stronger. Does the same apply for reverse Kegels? And which do you isolate specifically for balanced PC muscles? And are RK Holds good for strengthening. I sure there are topics somewhere specially for RK routines and strengthening if anyone can direct me would be appreciated.

    And when doing reverse Kegels, is your abs supposed to tense as well?

    quick update, last night, i had another masturbating session.... this time, i was seeing regular tv, no porn... i was paying 80 % attention towards myself and 20% towards the movie i was seeing. And i think i felt better. i did soft strokes, hard strokes, changed speeds, stroke the glands, use 2 hands, twist . well, in the beginning, the muscle i told u about was hard, but after a while it started to loosen. i can tell you that i started at 12:35 ,when i started getting to the ponr , it was about 12: 53. and i was also able to hold the ejaculation... I think it's just like you guys said, sometimes porn might screw you up, so its best no to see it. So pegasus, i wanna get back to the reverse kegels, cause i think my pc muscle might be out of tune.. Can you give me an idea of how to do them, or what i should feel. Back then in the old days, i was about to feel something in the base pushing out... but now, i having trouble feeling something what so ever..

    We here often talk of 4 types front reverse kegels,back reverse kegel, front standard kegel ,back standard kegel.
    Yes reverse kegels feel stronger when trained.

    For many goals I feel kegel as a group and reverse kegel as a group is enough . Most imbalance is standard kegel vs reverse kegel with standard stronger.
    If at first your isolation is less than perfect and you get ab involvment don't get too worried
