2 days ago, I came across a blog post in which a yoga pose was said to cure premature ejaculation. The account was since then deleted so the blog post is not available anymore. The name of the pose is "butterfly pose" and you are supposed to do it 10 minutes a day. Here's the vid =>

The guy in the video has nothing to do with premature ejaculation. The guy who posted this link just used the vid for explanation of the pose.
The theory behind this goes like this:
You have premature ejaculation because your pelvic floor is chronically tensed. This tension drives your orgasm and you cum fast. Exercising the pelvic floor only worsens things because your muscle tone is bad and the muscles are tight, which should be targeted through stretching and not flexing.
I was skeptic first but I've been doing it for 2 days now (10 minutes each day) and the results are amazing ! The tension in my pelvic has already gone way down and I only get maybe 1/3 of the involuntary spasms that I used to get.
Normally I would reverse kegel to counteract the tension builtup. But I could still feel the tension and the spasms were merely delayed. Now the tension is just not there anymore.
Considering those results and that 10 minutes a day don't hurt anyone, I'd like for some of you to try this out and post your progress !
