    Hello. I have a serious Pre-E problem. I've been roaming around this forum ever since I first became aware of this problem. I have started "ByggD's Guide to Controlling Your Ejaculation Response", but while masturbating when I start stroking my glans I get to PoNR in a matter of seconds (10s-15s average). I let it cool down, like said in the guide, but when I start stroking again I get to PoNR earlier then before. When my erection gets to 90%+ I think I feel a glimpse of involuntary kegeling. Also, when I do RK's, I think that that doesn't stop my body from kegeling (I tried both RK's, forcing a piss, and forcing a fart - both couldn't help).

    I don't know how to stop. I recently started having "sex" if you can call my performance that. But as soon my glans penetrates, my penis clenches in a kegel, and I start feeling PoNR coming.

    But what's confusing, when my girlfriend gives me head, I can last almost as much as I want. When I see her getting a bit tired I start doing kegel's to cum faster.

    Please give me advice to solve this, because I'm getting more frustrated on a daily basis? Thank you very much, any kind of help is welcome.

    I suggest an out of sex kegel /reverse kegel routine at 70% reverse kegel..

    Hey

    If you get to the point of no return within 10-15 seconds of masturbating, you may benefit from taking a step back. So instead of going straight to masturbation, just touch, stroke, tickle of whatever feels good the areas around your groin - your thighs, lower abdomen etc. If that stimulates you to have an erection, then that is perhaps where you should start training yourself to stay in the arousal zone without getting to the PONR too quickly. Then when that becomes tolerable to you, move on to masturbation.

    Many of us with prem ej have a floor imbalance. However, there is no way to quantify that imbalance. I'm wondering why we don't just do a 50-50 routine and let time elapse and work our way to equilibrium rather than do a guessing act.

    If you do 50-50 you will eventually converge to a perfect balance.
