What's up fellas? I'm new here but I had a crazy experience last night and I wanted to share. Well, I've been doing PE for almost 2 months now and I wanted to work on my sexual stamina. I'm currently 19 and I don't last very long when my gf and I have intercourse for reasons you all my know: Not wanting to get caught. There have been a few times where I lasted a good while however, usually when we're alone.

But anyway, I wanted to practice masturbating without the goal of ejaculating. I found really good information here: Man Health and Multiple Orgasm. Another member posted this here and I thank him for doing so! It has a lot of great information. Well anyway, I read some of it last night and wanted to give it a try before I went to bed. At first I was trying to reach the PONR and backing off to help make my body disassociate pleasure with ejaculation, but the weird thing was I never got to the PONR. I just stroked myself nice and slow and did some glans stimulation. It felt pretty darn good.

The article emphasizes being relaxed and breathing properly. THIS made all the difference in this sessions. I've only edged twice before, the first sessions being about 22 minutes and the second one 11 minutes, both with ejaculation at the end. However this time I lasted for 33 minutes WITHOUT ejaculation and I could have gone on for a lot longer. And I mean A LOT longer. I'm not sure but I think I experience 3 dry orgasms. It was like a wave of energy shooting throughout my body. I my dick oozed a little but, but it wasn't really cum. It was more like a light liquid and there was a little bit of it. This happened twice. The article says that if you experience this you're doing it correctly. After the first "ooze" stimulation to my trigger areas was greatly reduced. I actually felt like I could go on and on. I increased my stroke intensity, even on the trigger area, and it was amazing. My dick felt like it didn't want to come at all. The focus wasn't on ejaculating but it was on the overall pleasure I was receiving throughout my body. Never in my life have I masturbated for 33 minutes and enjoyed it from start to finish. Some important points I'd like to share with you guys, especially for the ones who are just starting like me, is:
1) RELAX! RELAX! RELAX! Enjoy and give into every sensation you get when you touch yourself.
2) BREATH PROPERLY. I breathed deep through my nose, filling up my stomach, and exhaling ALL the air through my mouth. This helped take the focus away from my penis and put that focus on my whole body.
3) Don't squeeze your PC muscle. I never used my PC muscle during the session. The only time it tensed up was as a involuntary reaction to when I was stroking certain areas of my penis. What you want to do is completely relax your PC muscles. Kegels are what help us know what a flexed PC feels like and what a relaxed feels like as well. Just keep it relaxed.

That's all I can think of right now. I just have to find out a way to implement this in my sex life. Any input/opinions you guys have, feel free to post!

Wow i had exactly the same experience as you i posted it in this forum. Sounds identicall to mine how has these techniques helped your sexual stamina with the girlfriend. Breathing relaxing and not tensing the pc muscle, was exactly what i was getting at.

Will be very interested to know if it helped your sexual stamina

Well I've only experience this once but I implemented the techniques the night after with my gf. I was wearing a condom (hopefully she gets more pills soon for peace of mind) but usually I don't last long with condoms either before but that night I lasted longer than usual. She was on top at first so that helped and I kept my breaths slow and deep. I felt focused in the moment and it was really fun lol. But after a while she wanted me to go on top, but I went behind instead. She told me to go uber fast and I did, then blam, game over. I was still hard after but I stopped because of the condom. I could have thrown another on but she was tired. That just showed to me that breathing and relaxation is KEY! Once you know you're in control then you can go on from there.

I guess I'm having trouble when I'm on top because I have to hold myself up (i.e. Tense muscles) and I subconsciously squeeze my PC muscle which makes ejaculation A LOT easier. Plus breathing is affected as well and I think a lot runs through my mind. I'll just have to keep working at it and hopefully it'll get better. This was just my first experience, so with a lot more practice it'll just keep getting better.

Same! I haven't had sex in a while, like 2 weeks, but no biggie.

There's another thread here about someone's experience with reverse kegelling. Instead of flexing the pelvic floor muscles, you instead push, like when you want to shoot your piss stream as fast as lightning. It's also the same kind of motion when ripping a fart. I might give that a try when I reach PONR.

Congrats on achieving the multi-orgasmic state. It happened to me with my Mrs. I let her lead the way. I just lay back, extremely relaxed, as you have indicated, and let her gently "caress" my penis to wave after wave of orgasmic pleasure. I was bouncing around the bed like a hot wire. I'm still having trouble when it comes to sex. I'm not lasting very long. I can last longer when I masturbate but it's so much harder when I'm actually making love. My love is back on the pill and of course, it just feels so damn good! I've never really tried incorporating kegels during my edging sessions, so maybe I should give that a try. I also understand that different methods work for different people, so if you guys have some advice to last longer and what I can do to condition myself to achieve that, please share! I'll start another thread if there's some good info here.
