Yesterday i tried "edging" (or i thought i was doing it) Heres what my exercise looked like: 1) Stroke my penis as hard as possible to make myself cum 2) At close to the point of no return (ponr) i stopped stroking 3) Waited about 1-3 minutes for excitement/erection to subside a little 4) Repeat steps 1-3. In total i completed that "circuit" 4 times which took me 10-15 minutes. I was doing edging right?

The concept between what you are doing and what edging does results in you lasting longer. Instead of using your BC muscle (kegel) to stop the flow of fluids during emission, you are doing something else. You are starting with strokes and stopping once you feel you are close to emission. However, edging, where you let yourself fill up with more sperm thanks to your BC muscle, you're penis will also expand further because more pressure will be placed on the tissue. I'm missing something also. It sounds like in "edging 101" that you stop stroking when your at the point of no return, and resume when the feeling has past. Now I'm questioning if I'm doing it right. I stroke to point of no return then kegel to stop from cumming for like 10 seconds, then I resume stroking and repeat. Yeah?
