I want to know relationship between the two. It seems that Kegel is a huge part in lasting longer and there is little said about reverse Kegel. Even PEgym guides had little mention about reverse Kegel. I have found that practicing Kegel made me very tense during sessions or masturbation.
So my question is.... Should you be balancing the two? How do you know they are balanced? I consider myself quite strong in Kegelin already (I can hold the muscle for quite a while without really trying) During masturbation or even sessions, i would reverse kegel to force myelf to relax some time before PONR but it doesn't seem to work.
My story is that I have very little experience with real sessions. And after i broke up with my girl friend my anxiety and stress seems to have caused my arousal level super high. I am having trouble relaxing and constantly watching porn to masturbate even when i have no obvious desire to jack off... Would like to get back on track here. I believe proper arousal control and proper reverse kegel may help me. Some guidance will be appreciated!
