Anyways onto what I wanted to post about, how do you rub both sides of the penis without touching the underside? Do you use two hands and clasp them together, or do you take one hand and turn it thumb down (with your palm on the top of the penis)? I could never understand the motions used in ballooning, let alone how it can get you to the PONR.

Thanks!
Crispybacon,
If you read my original post here I explain the technique. Yeah, it's not easy. Your 2nd description is what I use but my palm is on the side of my penis. I've practiced alot and as I said have been successful now just a few times but the more I practice the easier it gets. Kingpole might have a point though, his routine might be easier, I just haven't been able to get it yet. I read a lot on these techniques before and after employing them. I'm no fan of Dr. Linn but, I believe he is the author of this technique. I think he's a quack but nobody is wrong about everything so I tried it. I couldn't believe the sensation and the expansion of my penis when I got it down. I'm going to check out Kingpole's technique again.

Happy PEing...

Here's some instruction for ballooning I found at Penile Ballooning - Matters of Size :: Free Penis Enlargement Forums and Exercises. *The right way to massage your penis for maximum blood flow is to use your two thumbs and index fingers. Your choice, of course.
