Just a quick question which, hoepfully, you guys will be able to answer.... If I'm working on edging and prolonging how long I last, if I decide to have one 'quickie', will all my edging work be lost? |

If your quickie is with a partner then its ok. IF its by yourself it defeats the object. These quickies are what cause premature ejaculation.

I had a quikie today it lasted only 7 minutes. don't sweat it your fine. If i don't edge for about 4 days then i have troble lasting a full half hour or longer.

That's interesting Kp most of my edging these days is done duo(during sex) so sometimes I go awhile without and it doesn't seem to affect me. If I let my kegal muscles get week that has an effect, or if I haven't ejaculated in awhile. I can see what slanker is saying, but I don't think the odd quicky is a problem imo. |

Its crazy sometimes. I was doing good for a while then wifey shocks me with a wild twist or two and I lose it in 3-5 minutes. I think excitation level can override physical control sometimes no matter how much you practice.

I guess if your recovering from premature ejaculation like me then its not a good idea. I have to de-sensitize myself from being able to do quickies.

Can somebody please clarify for me what the instructions are to edge? I've edged before, but at the end of the routine, I jack off then ejaculate. Are we suppose to edge, and keep doing it as many days as possible without ejaculating?

My feelings re edging are well known; the result is important the rules are just a guide. I ejaculate or not as I like. I believe it is ballooning where you are not supposed to ejaculate. However I am not big on rules anyway.
