We are currently discussing squat variants and their usefullness for pe .
Current thinking seems to favour as deep as possible ,a sumo position and a pause in the bottom position.

Feet flat on the ground about shoulder width apart, keeping your back straight bring your ass as close to the floor as you can then repeat. To keep the muscle stretched i don't come all the way back up just half way.A Game of Bones. A Stretch With Rice And Fire.

Deep squat means to the limit of your flexibility.
Length of pause in bottom position is still being argued . Few guys have experimented with weighted pause squats ,but I have and they will strengthen the pelvic floor I am less certain of the stretch effect.
