  • Please can someone help me?

    During my mid teens I suffered from ED, I would normally get abt 60% EQ. I used to masturbate to porn on a daily or every 2nd day basis. However after enough embarrasing encounters of trying to have sex, at the age of 19 I started reading up on the kegel excercises (front contractions, not reverse) and gave them a try. They made a noticeable difference, I was cured, I had a great sex life. So I continued to do these front kegels on regular basis over the next year. I never, ever had an ejaculation problem, I could have sex for as long as I wanted. I used to think to myself " I cant understand how people can ejaculate after 5 seconds of sex etc. "
    Well one day after penetration, to my confusion, I ejaculated after about 3 thrust movements. I couldnt believe what just happened. I thought maybe i just hadn't been working my pc muscle enough recently and it had weakened. So i tried to build it up again, which i found difficult. My penis would shrivel up and turn brick hard. I gave up kegels for about 6 month but still had my PE problem. Only this time my ED would come back slightly as of quitting the kegels. Ive tried persevering with front reverse kegels but nothing is working, it seems to be getting worse. Ive had this problem for 3 years now and its got to the point where if my erection goes completely hard, i ejaculate without any stimulation whatsoever. While having a full erection im constantly hovering around ponr, which makes edging the only possible way to have sex or masturbate. Please someone help me its making my life a misery

    How long did you try the reverse kegels for? And what you said there " shrivel up and turn brick hard" sounds like hardflacid, theres a thread here that deals with that in the penile injuries and anomolies forum.

      I have been trying them for a month, it seems to make it worse so I never fully commit to them, also I recently started to get weak unsatisfying orgasms with retrogade ejaculation

        A month inconsistently isn't a good indicator. You done kegels alone for so long that it's more than likely your pf is extremely unbalanced. You have to read around the vatious threads and stickys, especially pf balance, i don't know much if anything about retrogade ejaculation so i can't advise on that. Keep searching through.

          Is it possible to get hardflaccid through doing reverse kegels? I done about 10 x 5 sec rks and allready its like that. Feel like anything I do im making things worse. Even if i quit for months and go back its still the same. I can hardly hold a normal kegel for anymore than 2 secs nowadays my pc muscle seems to be very weak and it shakes like its under enermous pressure. Can this mean imbalance too?

            Reverse kegels don't neccessarily cause hardflacid, an imbalanced pf could, and someone who did rk's for so long would inheret an imbalanced pf which could lead to it. You've done kegels for so long it's possible, not saying it is your best option is to get it checked by your doc. In the meantime through the hardfalcid thread.

                I've been to the doctors but they don't seem to interested in anything to do with the pelvic floor, apparently the pelvic floor has nothing to do with sexual function. Not fit for purpose these people. Thats why I feel so helpless. Really need to find some sort of mens sexual health expert doctor who can fix me because I feel the internet alone cant help me as theres so much contradicting information.

                  Also something I forgot to mention which could be very important. When having sex or masturbating, when I reach ponr and try and stop myself, I can actually ejaculate/semi-ejaculate without having an orgasm. What do you guys think about this?

                    From being on this forum you know th pelvic floor has something to do with sexual, futhermore it has a huge impact. Don't stress, it's not really contradicting info, it's just finding the info that relates to your issues. You don't fully know the issues so how are you going to know the right info surrounding it. But this is a great place to find it. A lot of people on here have made similar claims to you about seeing doctors, physios even experts in the field. And gotten similar answers that you got. But found answers and solutions on this forum and actually aided in expanding those answers and solutions.
                    Grind through everything you can relating to your issue, and grind some more. When you start to see things that relate ask more questions.
