Edging..................You want to edge with a high EQ. Avoid the glans if you are very sensitive, but if you're like me, I have to incorporate my glans or I don't get to the PONR. I shoot for 20-30 mins but I know some like KingPole have much longer sessions. I'd suggest typing Edging in the search bar and read up on all you can in the forum as there is much info and many different approaches. Even though our body chemistries are much the same many of our bodies are NOT, so we have to find out what works best for us individually.
