How long does it take for edging to work if done 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes ?

Everyone is different. Age is a factor so is masturbation/sexual history, general health and how long you've been doing PE.

As JP says it varies, but you should get some improvement quickly ;if you are disicipilined and are also doing kegals.
To become multi orgasmic etc,can be a longer undertaking.
