For now the short sweet version, aka nothing you can't find by googling the issue:
- Relax relax relax, as much as possible.
- Breathe deeply, and do not fight your breathing, that will make things worse, especially early on.
- Focus on other areas of her body, not just penis/vagina interaction.
- Your main goal is to pleasure her. If you concentrate on that more than trying to not to cum you will both be much happier.
- One thing you need to know, lasting longer is much more than a quick hard kegel at the right time. In fact, that should really only be used as an emergency break. So kegels are your friend and will definitely help you, but don't rely solely on them.
These things are easy to read and understand, and easy for one to say. However, applying them is extremely difficult and takes time. In my future post, I'm going to do my best on ways to apply these techniques, as well as include other methods and things to do. I'd like it to be a large post with a lot of people's opinions and experiences. I've been browsing this section of the forum and I don't see anything REAL solid on solving this matter. Hope this helps for now.

Also one more thing:
Talking during sex helps me bigtime. Dirty talk, love moans, conversation, whatever, it helps take your mind off your penis while still keeping you completely in the moment. Any sort of this kind of mutual interaction is good for lasting longer and keeps things more interesting.

I've had this problem too. Only during intercourse though. During oral sex, or foreplay never has happened, but once I get into a woman's vagina, it's hard to control. Doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be embarrassing. The longest I've ever gone in one shot is like maybe 45 minutes, but that was 25 years ago, and recovery time was quick. Now if I pe recovery seems to take forever. By that time I'm ready for a sandwich and a nap. ;~)
Man us guys are ahard on ourselves, aren't we???? There are other ways to get women off. We just have to look outta the box, so to speak.
