    Well, I'm a little skeptical of this actually working, but hey, why not give it a try?

    My erect length is about 5.5 inches.

    Plus, I have poor erection quality.

    3/ 29 / 10 = Just completed my first day of PE today !

    My official Pe workout session for the day:

    Warmed up with the rice sock for 10 minutes.

    Did JonPop's 90 day beginner routine.

    Cooled down by sticking my dick in cup if ice cold water for 3 minutes. ( Is rice sock warm down better? )

    Used penis extender for 1 hour during the day.

    You dick will turtle after being exposed to cold. The purpose of a cool down is to form the collagen of the penis in a elongated state... So, stretching it out while doing so, which you can't do in a cup. But, the rewards of a cool down aren't exactly proven, so I personally warm down, I find it more enjoyable and my dick seems to respond better. To each his own, good luck.

    Was that spot there before you started to PE? If not I'd stop until it went away.

    fade: try edging after you do JPs program for like 10-20 mins after a pe session just to get some new blood into your unit.
