I started PE using the Bathmate in November 2009. I joined Big Al's Male Enhancement Coach program in January this year. I've been reading these forums a few days a week since the end of last year.
In January I started off with a newbie routine for six weeks then took one week off. After that I continued with a more advanced routine (based on the one I'm doing now) and took one week off. This Sunday I started my third routine (the one described below).
Yesterday I decided it's time for me to start my own progress log. This is it.
I will update this log and keep track of my progress!
My routine

It's a progressive 2 days on 1 day off routine.
Meaning I will add reps for every workout and every new week I will start with the amount of reps I had approximately in the middle of the previous week (a two steps forward one step back kind of approach).
I will be on this routine for seven weeks and then take two weeks off (honey moon).
I will measure every two weeks and if no progress is made I will alter my routine.
Day 1
• Warm up
• 100 5 sec Squeeze reps » add 4 reps every workout
• 80 One-Hand Jelq reps » add 4 reps every workout
• 30 10 sec Tension Stretch reps » add 4 reps every workout
• 200 Side-To-Side reps » add 20 reps every workout
• 10 30 sec JP's Tunica-Tug reps » add 2 reps every workout
• 25 10 sec Kegels » add 4 reps every workout
• 100 Quick Kegels » add 4 reps every workout
• 15 - 20 min Edging
• 300 Penis Slaps
• Warm down
Day 2
• Warm up
• 120 Jelq Device reps » add 2 reps every workout
• 120 Jelq reps » add reps 2 every workout
• 120 One-Hand Jelq reps » add 2 reps every workout
• 40 10 sec Squeeze reps » add 1 rep every workout
• 11 30 sec JP's Tunica-Tug reps » add 2 reps every workout
• 15 min Bathmate
• Warm down
Day 3
• Growth and recovery day!
Note 1: The reason I'm doing different routines during my 2 days on is because at the end of my last six week PE period I felt bored and tired (had a routine similar to the described "Day 1"), so I ended up doing something similar to the described "Day 2" every other day. Since I measure my progress every two weeks I noticed that that was when I made my progress (the first four showed no measurable progress).
Note 2: I've done two workouts of this routine and will be experimenting with replacing my "Day 2" Jelqs and One-Hand Jelqs with V-Jelqs and The Ultimate Jelq. If they work awesome, like they seem to do for many people on here, I will alter my routine.

• L-Arginine (4-7 g/day)
• Pycnogenol (80+ mg/day)
• Orexia (for libido)
• Longevity (for cell recovery/growth)
