  • The curious PE progress of Mr. Larry Pinball

    I started PE using the Bathmate in November 2009. I joined Big Al's Male Enhancement Coach program in January this year. I've been reading these forums a few days a week since the end of last year.

    In January I started off with a newbie routine for six weeks then took one week off. After that I continued with a more advanced routine (based on the one I'm doing now) and took one week off. This Sunday I started my third routine (the one described below).

    Yesterday I decided it's time for me to start my own progress log. This is it.

    I will update this log and keep track of my progress!

    My routine

    It's a progressive 2 days on 1 day off routine.
    Meaning I will add reps for every workout and every new week I will start with the amount of reps I had approximately in the middle of the previous week (a two steps forward one step back kind of approach).

    I will be on this routine for seven weeks and then take two weeks off (honey moon).
    I will measure every two weeks and if no progress is made I will alter my routine.

    Day 1
    • Warm up
    • 100 5 sec Squeeze reps » add 4 reps every workout
    • 80 One-Hand Jelq reps » add 4 reps every workout
    • 30 10 sec Tension Stretch reps » add 4 reps every workout
    • 200 Side-To-Side reps » add 20 reps every workout
    • 10 30 sec JP's Tunica-Tug reps » add 2 reps every workout
    • 25 10 sec Kegels » add 4 reps every workout
    • 100 Quick Kegels » add 4 reps every workout
    • 15 - 20 min Edging
    • 300 Penis Slaps
    • Warm down

    Day 2
    • Warm up
    • 120 Jelq Device reps » add 2 reps every workout
    • 120 Jelq reps » add reps 2 every workout
    • 120 One-Hand Jelq reps » add 2 reps every workout
    • 40 10 sec Squeeze reps » add 1 rep every workout
    • 11 30 sec JP's Tunica-Tug reps » add 2 reps every workout
    • 15 min Bathmate
    • Warm down

    Day 3
    • Growth and recovery day!

    Note 1: The reason I'm doing different routines during my 2 days on is because at the end of my last six week PE period I felt bored and tired (had a routine similar to the described "Day 1"), so I ended up doing something similar to the described "Day 2" every other day. Since I measure my progress every two weeks I noticed that that was when I made my progress (the first four showed no measurable progress).

    Note 2: I've done two workouts of this routine and will be experimenting with replacing my "Day 2" Jelqs and One-Hand Jelqs with V-Jelqs and The Ultimate Jelq. If they work awesome, like they seem to do for many people on here, I will alter my routine.

    Below are my daily supplements which I've been taking for about two months.
    I do a thorough detox approximately once every six months.

    • Men's Multi-vitamin

    • Zinc (60-90 mg/day)
    • L-Arginine (4-7 g/day)
    • Pycnogenol (80+ mg/day)
    • Orexia (for libido)
    • Longevity (for cell recovery/growth)

Not doing this log to show off though – no offense to people who post their pics! – I'm doing it to keep track off my progress and to get advice and comments from the collected knowledge of this forum.         I'm on my first "Growth and recovery day" of my new routine and it's actually kind of hard.

        Since I started PE I've been working up to a "five days a week" routine, but now decided to change it. Why? Two reasons; 1. JP's post about 2 days on 1 off and peoples response and experiences and 2. my routines are quite hardcore (according to me and my penis anyways) and I believe I will benefit from taking this approach. Three days in a row always made me want to skip the third day or at least take it more easy... I figure that can't be right!

        I've been on this routine for only two days and I feel amazing. My flaccid feel is bigger, spongier and veinier than ever. Got a "Wow, baby!" from my girl during sex today.

        Also think that JP's Tunica Tugs might have something to do with this feel and the progress I've had lately. Added them to my previous routine with only two weeks left. After adding the tunica tugs and altering workouts I started seeing results.

        Tomorrow... workout!!! Can't wait.

              while I appreciate your right to privacy, it would help a lot of the people here to see detailed pics of progress. Its your choice of course, but for myself Im here to help others as well.

                Primarily I'm here to learn from others, but of course I'll help others if I can. I consider myself new to this game and therefore that focus might shift as I get more experience.

                Personally I don't consider progress pictures help; maybe it's some kind of proof for the non believers or doubters out there. I don't care much for progress pics. I do care for the information and knowledge I can gain in a place like, I care about theories and proper executed techniques as well as the encouragement and advice that is given and taken. That is what has helped me on my path. But each to his own and I wish you the best of luck with your PE path!

                      "Day 1" workout

                      Followed the routine with a few minor adjustments.

                      • Did ten 2 sec JAI Stretches as part of Warm Up
                      • Divided my jelq reps in half and did 42 One Hand Jelq reps and 42 regular Jelq reps
                      • Did ten 2 sec JAI Stretches as part of my Warm Down
                      • Finished off with Helicopter Shakes

                      Realized my workout takes about two hours so I decided to check my counting (don't use a timer when I do my 10 sec Squeezes, et c.) using a timer and found out I'm way slower in my counting than actual seconds. Basically one of my counts is 1.5-2 seconds. Haven't decided whether to count faster or change the timing in my routine yet. Well, well.

                      After workout feel is nice and spongy.

                      Pretty good workout, nothing much to add but... got damn I like working out!

                        "Day 2" workout

                        Decided yesterday to try some new Jelq exercises during my workout today, so instead of the routine described I did:

                        • 82 Jelq Device reps
                        • 82 V-Jelq reps
                        • 82 The Ultimate Jelq reps - this is... THE SHIT!
                        • 82 One-Hand Jelq reps
                        • 42 Jelq reps

                        Same number of total Jelq reps, just split up into different exercises.

                        Will definitely continue with The Ultimate Jelq as part of the routine and I'm thinking I might have to cut down on some of the other Jelq exercises since it's pretty got damned intense! Feel a great after workout fatigue now, but will decide depending on how I feel tomorrow morning. (Each rep took about 5 seconds.)

                        Don't know about the V-Jelq just yet, don't think I've got the hang of it, will try it one more workout and then decide if it will be part of my routine.

                        Did JAI Stretches and Helicopter Shakes as part of Warm Up and Warm Down, will continue doing that.

                          "Day 1" workout - Saturday 04/17/10

                          Seems like I've now found my final "Day 1" routine.

                          • Will do JAI Stretches and Helicopter Shakes as part of Warm Up and Warm Down
                          • Will combine The Ultimate Jelq with the One hand Jelq reps

                          Workout is quite hard but feels very good.
                          Have been started doing reverse kegels when I'm close to or at the PONR - very effective to hold back ejaculation (also during sex).

                          "Day 2" workout - Sunday 04/18/10

                          I've also found my final "Day 2" routine.

                          • Will do Kegel exercises and Edging as part of "Day 2" routine as well (replacing the Bathmate session)

                          Workout took a while longer today since I had sex last night and this morning, had to concentrate and watch some porn to keep my erection level.
                          Edging feels great especially since I started doing reveres Kegels when close to PONR, which I also did during sex this morning and it works great!

                          Will post my "final" routine in a bit.

                            My (modified and "final") routine

                            Have done a week on my new routine, getting a feel for it and tried some new exercises. I now believe I have my final routine laid out (as long as PI's and feel is good). Will also get a preliminar response since I do my check up measurements in a week (I do this every 14 days to confirm that routine is working - and if not modify it somehow).

                            It's still a progressive 2 days on 1 day off routine.

                              "Day 1" workout - Tuesday 04/20/10

                              Followed my routine with no exceptions.

                              Today was an amazing workout!

                              The pumped girth I had after the Squeezes and Ultimate Jelqs was amazing, also EQ during the whole workout (2 hours total) was great - although I needed a few minutes to recover from the stretch exercises.

                              Can't wait to see if the girth intense workouts I do will pay off!
