So far, so good. I'm into my 3rd (or 4th - can't remember) week of my rest period. I have done not PE exercises whatsoever. I have been wanting to add kegel exercises into my daily routine during this rest period, but out of laziness and forgetfulness, I haven't been doing such a great job. While abstaining from PE exercises, I have tried my best to start a workout routine. I haven't been following anything specific, but have been alternating between HIIT on my treadmill and doing pushup/situp routines. On a positive note...I have not lost any of gains. I am still at 15.2 cm BPEL This is really good to see. I keep measuring every 3 or 4 days - I'm so paranoid that my gains are going to disappear faster than Keyser Soze. My erection strength has also remained pretty good, but I'm not getting any throbbing, spontaneous erections like some other members get when they PE. I've cut back on my masturbations/ejaculations to about 3 or 4 a week. My morning erections are pretty good as well. The only bad thing that I've noticed is my flaccid hang has decreased. I don't have exact measurements, but it is definitely noticeably smaller - both in length and girth. This kind of sucks and is one of the reasons that I remain paranoid that my gains might disappear, but everytime I measure 15.2 on the ruler, it reassures me that all this was NOT just done in vain... I"ve been intrigued by xenolith's post about what he did during his micro and macro P phases when working on his girth routine. When working on his girth, I always just assumed that he would just wrap at the base to keep the penis engorged, and that would be that. But instead, he did something different. He would ADS while simultaneously have a cock ring on the base of his penis. This would not only be good to cement length gains, but it also keeps the penis engorged and would help cement girth gains. I'm thinking of trying this ADS + cockring combo during my next micro and macro P phases.

quick, First, good news about your cemented gains. Good to see they didn't diminish with a break, as you feared ![]() Second, bad news about the flaccid loss. I know how that is. Flaccid gains are often the best ones to keep (especially if you use a public shower often!). Third, yes, it appears a cockring would help. I actually try to do a "girth wrap"/ ADS combo, but a cockring would probably be better. Funny enough, I've never used a cockring. I thought about getting one, but then pushed it off. Let me know where you get yours. |

I already have a cockring. I just haven't used it while ADSing. I've used it in the past when ballooning/edging. I think I'm going to try the cockring/ADS combo during my next hanging cycle.

Well…it’s time for an update. During my first hanging session, I used a vacuum hanger (a la Monkeybar) and hanged with only 3 pounds. I gained an incredible 1.1 – 1.2 cm. Not bad for only about a month’s worth of hanging and ADS. My gains were BP and I feel as though my NBPL did not really increase much. I completed my second hanging cycle about a month ago. I followed the exact same routine, but this time, upped the weight to 4 pounds. However, to my disappointment, I did not gain anything during this cycle. Maybe (and it’s a big maybe) I gained 0.2 cm in BPL – but that’s it. To me 2 mm does not really constitute as a gain, especially if I can’t get the same measurement all the time. After some frustration and slight depression, I read my quik4life’s PE challenge thread. A few members suggested I give pumping a try. I read the entire thread of Vacuum Pumping 101 by avocet8, as well as other relevant and popular pumping threads. After reading how so many people got gains, both in length and girth, from a combined pumping/jelqing routine, I figure I’d give it a try. My penis is currently 6 inches BP and 4.25 inches in mid-shaft girth. After getting some advice from avocet8, peforeal and other experienced pumpers, I ordered an 8 x 1.5 inch cylinder and pump from LA Pump. I watched their instructional DVD, and after taking the suggested routine from Vacuum Pumping 101, I was off to the races. My session usually goes like this: I warm up for about 5 minutes with a rice sock. Then, I put on some porn, get hard and lube up my cock. Then, I lube up the inside-base of the cylinder, whip in my cock and very gradually work my way up to about 3-4 hgs. 4 hg’s is the highest I like to go – anything in the 4-6 range makes me cross the line between pleasure and pain. I stay in the pump for x amount of minutes, wait for my erection to subside a bit, then do about 30 slow and low-intense wet jelqs. Afterwards, I get back my erection and pump again for x amount of minutes. Once my time in the tube is up, I wipe off the excess lube and put a cockring around my cock and balls. I usually pump in the evenings, which is the only real time I have the privacy to do it. During the day, I’ve been wearing the cockring around my entire package in hopes of increasing my flaccid hang as well, and it seems to be helping. I usually only take 1 day off a week, but if I notice that my erection isn’t that strong or my morning erection isn’t prominent, then I’ll an extra day off. This is going to be my plan of attack: Week 1 – 2 x 5 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 2 – 2 x 7 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 3 – 2 x 10 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 4 – 3 x 5 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 5 – 3 x 7 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 6 – 3 x 10 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 7 – 3 x 10 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Week 8 – 3 x 10 mins (30 jelqs in between sets) Currently, I’m in my second week of pumping. When I masturbate, either 4-5 hours after my evening pumping sessions or on my off days, I have noticed that my erections do seem thicker. Morning erections are pretty good as well, so no complaints there either. Help from experienced pumpers: Well, as you can see, my plan of attack only goes up to Week 8. I really don’t know what to do after that. What I do know is that I want to incorporate stage pumping sooner or later, but don’t know exactly when to incorporate it. After my 8 week introduction to pumping, should start stage pumping? Should I increase the number of sets to 4? Or minutes in the tube to 12 or 15? Should I start condom pumping? Any advice from experienced pumpers would be more than welcomed and appreciated. My next update will be during the first week of 2007 – the first time I plan to measure after switching to my new routine of pumping/jelqing.

Quick, Good update. I'm excited to see how this pumping/jelqing routine will work for you. Hopefully it will get you the girth that you really want. Keep us updated on the gains. BTW, why are you measuring so infrequently? |

Well, I can tell when I'm gaining just by the feel of my cock in my hands. I know that gains are usually very small and that I'll probably not be able to tell just by feel. I measure every 2 weeks - every 1 month at least. But no gains to report either way (girth of length). Hopefully this new routine will give me some. If there are any experienced pumpers out there, I'd love to hear some advice/recommendations.

quick, The most experienced -- and most gained -- pumpers I know of are definitely avocet and peforeal. Both are nice gentlemen, and willing to help. So you haven't experienced any gains (that you can feel) yet? That's disapointing. Perhaps, you are going at it too strong. I mean, you tried the 5 on/ 2 off approach for a while unsucessfully. Perhaps you should use a pumping/jelqing routine with something that has worked for you in the past (either 1 on/ 2 off), or at least 1 on/ 1 off. Your body has its own secrets to growth, and all you can do is pay close attention and try to mimic the past. Hope this helps. If anyone deserves gains, it's you. remek |
