Feb 28th,2012 day 8 of new routine Monday
Warmed up with hot water in the shower for 10 minutes. This time water was not as hot so application pretty much sucked oh well lol.
Super Duper slow Jelqs for 10 minutes.
This time my grip was a very firm grip again. I don't know what it was probably due to lack of hot water that I use each time. But expansion was really weak this time . Balloned maybe at best 40% very weak blood flow. Note to self make sure that warm up is crucial to expansion abilities. After session cock did'nt even looked plumped or enlarged . To me it looked the same very poor jelqing this time.
Edge for 10 minutes.
My EQ wasn't that stellar for this session again. EQ was probably a measly 5 peaked at 6. No PONR at all very poor workout.
After session cock was kinda enlarged but not what I'am use to.
Overall PE routine sucked donkey dick due to being in a rush and not properly warming up to my standards. Only thing that I'm interested to see how my PI's will be.
I forgot my kegels dammit.
