    Feb 28th,2012 day 8 of new routine Monday

    Warmed up with hot water in the shower for 10 minutes. This time water was not as hot so application pretty much sucked oh well lol.



    Super Duper slow Jelqs for 10 minutes.

    This time my grip was a very firm grip again. I don't know what it was probably due to lack of hot water that I use each time. But expansion was really weak this time . Balloned maybe at best 40% very weak blood flow. Note to self make sure that warm up is crucial to expansion abilities. After session cock did'nt even looked plumped or enlarged . To me it looked the same very poor jelqing this time.


    Edge for 10 minutes.

    My EQ wasn't that stellar for this session again. EQ was probably a measly 5 peaked at 6. No PONR at all very poor workout.
    After session cock was kinda enlarged but not what I'am use to.

    Overall PE routine sucked donkey dick due to being in a rush and not properly warming up to my standards. Only thing that I'm interested to see how my PI's will be.

    I forgot my kegels dammit.

    HEALTHY BODY CLUES

    1 STRONGER ERECTIONS-No change so far!
    2 MORE FREQUENT ERECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT -Big boners if I wanted one.
    3 WAKING UP WITH MORNING WOOD- To my surprise after a sore ass workout . Woke up with a huge raging boner that would not stop!!
    4 BIGGER FLACCID SIZE-Flaccid is still looking meaty.
    5 GOOD FLACCID ELASTICITY ( A PENIS THAT IS EASIER TO STRETCH, NOT STIFF)-Stretchy and jelly like state/ No stiffness.
    6 FATIGUE ALONG THE PENIS( SIMILAR TO POST-GYM MUSCLE FATIGUE, NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH NUMBNESS)-I can really feel it!!
    7 TEMPORARY INCREASE IN SIZE AFTER A WORKOUT.-same so far!!
    8 INCREASE IN GROWTH- Nothing major report still same from last workout.
    9 INCREASE IN HORNINESS-Still freaking horny like mandigo!!!

    Warmed up with hot water in the shower for 10 minutes. After my application cock was really jellified lol.


    Super Duper slow Jelqs for 10 minutes.

    This time my grip was some what a firm grip. Expansion much better than the last workout . I know that I get way more better expansion if I keep my EL around 50% to 60%. I also noticed the more my grip is the more my hand kinda gets like a cramp lol. So I might need to alternate days or just do it normal . I don't know what to do about this other than get me a jelqing device !!!

    EQ was about 8 and really peaked at a 10+. I mean EQ was really freaking crazy good. Cock was just spaszing out like crazy .
    I PONR about 7 or 8 times waited for it to subdue then resumed Edging. Cock was also looking mighty thick I had the urge to measure but didn't. After session cock was enalrged and fat.

    Again forgot to do my kegels !!!

    Tonight I'm no I'm off.


    Self note need to keep track of days better and list my PI's more.

    March 1,2012 day 10 of new routine Thursday day 1 of 2

    Warmed up with hot water in the shower for 10 minutes. After my application cock was really jellified lol.

    So this was pretty wierd since last time I did my log. You notice that my super duper slow jelqs were making me cramp a little in my hand. So last night I actually did a really soft grip practically like holding egg grip . To my surprise that grip even produced results. Expansion was there meatus swelled up nicely just after one jelq. Cock felt real fat and heavier than normal. After session cock was really fat and enlarged.


    Edge for 10 minutes.

    EQ was about 8 and really peaked at a 9. Very good session. I PONR about 2 to 3 times waited for it to subside then resumed Edging. after session cock was enlarged and pumped up.

    Tonight another routine.

    March 3,2012 day 11 of new routine Saturday day 2 of 2

    Warmed up with hot water in the shower for 10 minutes. After my application cock was really stretchy and jellified.


    Super Duper slow Jelqs for 10 minutes.

    Worked up to 50% to 60% EL for Jelqing. This is the sweet spot for maxium expansion for me. Anything below that my expansion is very weak I won't get the full effect. Head swelled trememdously cock was fat and felt heavy after each jelq. After session cock was real fat and thick!!!



    Edge for 10 minutes.

    EQ was about 9 and really peaked at a 10. I PONR about 3 to 4 times waited for it to subside then resumed Edging. after session cock was enlarged and in a stretched state. I don't know but it looks like cock is much more thicker and possibly longer won't know until 2 weeks from now.

    Still waiting for my PE wieghts !!!!

    Warmed up with hot water in the shower for 10 minutes. After my application cock was really stretchy and jellified.


    Super Duper slow Jelqs for 10 minutes.

    Worked up to 50% to 60% EL for Jelqing. Meatus swelled up nicely Expansio was very good throughout the session no complaints here. After session cock was plumped and fat.


    Edge for 10 minutes.

    EQ was about 9 and really peaked at a 10 ++. EQ was just insane last night cock kept on bouncing like it had a mind of its own literally . Cock was really super hard like titanuim . I PONR a bunch of times but for some reason when I was waiting for it to subside EQ got much better lol. Cock was looking mighty massive also and thick. Can't wait to measure next week!!!! sometime. This session was really good . after session cock was really enlarged and stretched out.
