So here it goes being going thru a lot been absent for a week because of it but I have been doing my excerises here is the lay down from my last post.
May 6th, 2012 Sunday day 36/ 4 Hours ADS . 284 Since starting.
May 7th, 2012 Monday day 37/ 7 Hours ADS. 291 since starting. 42
May 8th, 2012 Tuesday day 38/ 4 Hours ADS. 294 since starting.43
May 9th , 2012 WED day off too stressed a lot of shit going on!!
May 10 , 2012 Thursday day 39 / 13 hours !!! ADS. 307 Hrs since starting. 44
May 11th, 2012 Friday day 40/ 4 hrs ADS. 311 HRS since starting.45
May 12th, 2012 Saturday day 41/ 4 hrs ADS. 315 HRS since starting
May 13th, 2012 Sunday day 42/ 4 hrs ADS. 319 HRS since starting. 46
May 14th, 2012 Monday day 43/ 4 hrs. ADS. 323 HRS since starting. 47
May 15th, 2012 Tuesday day 44/ 4 hrs. ADS. 327 HRS since starting.
Starting tomorrow night I will be experimenting with another wieght this would be a total of 3 wieghts plus one end wieght!!! Wish me luck!! But during the day I will be using the 2 wieghts plus the END Wieght!!!
Last night I tried the 3 wieghts I only lasted to the 2 hr mark I think my wrap was way too tight. I could really feel the pull even when sitting.
so right now I only got 2 hrs in with the extra wieght instead of that being 4 hrs it is actually 2 hrs I goofed up on that one.
