So this will be my new log,welcome.
I will be taking a new approach to PE, I will be aplying a sort of "shock factor" to my routine.
I got this idea from one of the most well know'n member's here, someone that I no most people here idolize and wish to achive the size that he has, of course im talking about Mr. going411by7.
I will basicaly be doing A jelq/kegel only routine and then after month's of this I will then shock my penis by adding stretches while still doing the same amount of jelq's. This should shock the tissues and hopfully promote growth of my unit.
Ive thought about this for a long time and instead of just thinking about it while doing a routine that im not crazy about, I decided to just do what I really want. This will be a rough breakdown of what my entire routine will be.
Month 1
Warm up for a minimum of 15 min, then 3 set's of 100 jelq's(each hand=1 stroke), then warm down for another 15 min. NO STRETCHING FOR THE FIRST MONTH
Month 2
Warm up for minimum 15 min, 3 sets of 120 wet jelq's, then warm down for 15 min. No stretching for this month either.
Month 3
Warm up for 15 min, 4 set's of 100 jelq's, then 1 set of 20 sec stretches each direction. Warm down 15 min.
Month 4
Warm up 15 min, 5 set's 100 jelq's, then 2 set's of 20 sec stretches each direction, warm down 15 min. I will then maintain this routin for the next month's to come depending on PI's.
I will Kegel every other day
Measurment's
BPEL-7 and 5/16 "
NPEL-6 and 1/4"
EG Midshaft-5 and 3/16"
EG base-5 and 5/8" ( I had no Idea I was that thick at the base, I always thought it was the same as midshaft)
Goal's
1. Max my EQ
2.increase stamina
3.reach 7" NBPEL in the next year
4.reach 5.75" midshaft girth in the next year
5.Have the best sexlife I can possibly have
Supplement's
Horny goat weed 60 % icarin (still waiting it's arrival)
2 cup's of cayenne tea (hot water with a half tsp of cayenne pepper) daily.
green tea daily
Ginko biloba
omega 3
L arginine
Vitamin c
Supplement's may vary depending on what I feel like or have available.
