Hey guys, this is my first PE journal and my first time doing PE. I am really excited about this! I'll be looking forward to enlarging the size of this journal alongside my penis.
My beginner's routine is Remek's, found here, Your First Penis Enlargement Workout Routine, and I am incorporating kegels directly into the routine.
1) 10 minutes of warm up with a rice sock.
2) 6 minutes of basic stretching.
3) 4 minutes of kegels.
4) 10 minutes of wet jelqs.
This routine will last me for 5 weeks (Tuesday, September 2nd - Tuesday, October 12th) and for the first week I will take 2 days off inbetween workouts, then continue doing the workout every other day.
My starting measurements are 5.563" BPEL and 5" EG, and I am ready to begin my journey for a bigger dick.
