    Hey guys, this is my first PE journal and my first time doing PE. I am really excited about this! I'll be looking forward to enlarging the size of this journal alongside my penis.
    My beginner's routine is Remek's, found here, Your First Penis Enlargement Workout Routine, and I am incorporating kegels directly into the routine.

    1) 10 minutes of warm up with a rice sock.
    2) 6 minutes of basic stretching.
    3) 4 minutes of kegels.
    4) 10 minutes of wet jelqs.

    This routine will last me for 5 weeks (Tuesday, September 2nd - Tuesday, October 12th) and for the first week I will take 2 days off inbetween workouts, then continue doing the workout every other day.

    My starting measurements are 5.563" BPEL and 5" EG, and I am ready to begin my journey for a bigger dick.

    The Workout:
    -15 minutes warmup with hot/warm rice sock.
    -6 minutes of basic manual stretching (30 seconds up, down, left, right, & out, 2x repeated.)
    -4 minutes of kegeling.
    -10 minutes of jelqing (wet & dry, because I used water.)
    -5 minutes warmdown with hot/warm rice sock.

    Total Workout Time: 40 minutes.

    Comments: During my warmup, the rice sock started to lose heat and was weakly warm by the end of 15 minutes. I think this might have caused my penis to cool down a bit, but I guess that's better than underheating.

    Concerns: -For jelqing, I was going to use a Vaseline brand lotion with aloe, but then I read that lotion can cause irritation. We don't really have anything else in my house, no petroleum jelly or any other special products. Basically, the only oil I could have used was olive oil. Instead I decided to use water, which was far from ideal, but had me slightly lubricated some of the time.
    -Another problem I had while jelqing was that I could not get an erection to save my life. My dick was completely flaccid, and it started to feel a bit strange after ten minutes of jelqing, so I decided to do a five minute warmdown.

    I'm really looking forward to my next session, because I want to improve jelqing. Looks like I'll have to wait two days though!

    I love the profile picture.... is that snoop dog?

    Also: extra virgin olive oil isn't too bad; I've been using EVO for a while (olive oil is the main component). Baby oil gel works ok, especially mixed with Bio Oil (but Bio Oil is kind of expensive). That's why some guys put baby oil gel in one hand, then a little bio oil in the other hand & mix it. Supposedly the two work pretty well together .

    Re: Rice Sock

    I think you could solve this by either a) heating up the rice sock for a longer period of time, or b) reheating and reapplying as necessary.

    Re: Jelqing

    You'll want to watch your physical indicators if you're feeling this way, to help make sure you're not overtraining. I think a good lube will help you with staying erect as well.

    if you want to follow remek's routine then you should change some things.
    Warm up--10 minutes (i warm up with a hot shower and i think it's the best warm-up)
    warm down- should be 1 minute cool down(cold water but not too cold) and gradually increasing to 2 minutes
    lube-try baby oil,it's cheap and it works very well,vaseline is just nasty

    Well unfortunately I'm stuck with Vaseline and olive oil for now. What is the difference between Bio Oil and and any other kinds of oil? Are there extra benefits or something?

    Yeah, what I think I'm going to do next time is only warm up for 10 minutes instead of 15, because the sock was still very warm up until the last five or so minutes.

    Agreed. I'm thinking of going out to buy some baby oil. It seems like a fairly popular lube on these forums.

    Last night my dick actually felt a bit bigger and harder than it ever has before! It was a little strange but very exciting and, honestly, I think a slightly longer warm up/warm down should do no harm.

    Thanks for all of the replies, guys. My next PE session will be on Friday!

    i say give it a try.
    Try 1 minute cooldown and 5 minute warmdown.See what's better.

    I use lotion called "cetaphil" I need it for dry skin, and I have been using it for years for masturbation and sex even. Its more of a cream than a lotion but it sure does the trick, doesn't cause any irritation.

    There are benefits & drawbacks to each kind of oil / lube. Waylander's article on the subject will hopefully be published soon; I think a lot of guys will benefit from it.
