Well I'm fairly new to PE, been doing this for about 3 weeks so far. I think I started about 11/07/07. I'm posting my starting routine and starting stats. I plan on PE'ing for a while so I'll keep posted my gains..... if any. NBPFL 5.2" BPFL 5.9" BPFSL 7.9" NBPFSL 7" FG 5" at thickest, 4.8" at thinnest NBPEL 7" BPEL 7.7" EG 6.2" at thickest, 5.5" at thinnest -I hadn't really thought of any goals, but I guess while I'm recording this I might as well set one. I hope to be 7.4-7.5" in NBPEL and 6.5" in EG by 6/07/08. My Beginners routine: (2 days on 1 day off) -5-6 min warm up - 6 min of moderate - fairly heavy stretches - 15-18 min of wet jelqs, two handed / moderate to hard pressure - A stretch 1-2 min - Cool down for 5 min using cup of cold water. -5 second kegels for 50 reps, every other day. I usually do an extra 5 of 10 seconds at the end. |

Health: Many guys would kill for your starting stats. Have you had any feedback on your size from previous partners? If so, what did they say?

Well I'm only 18. I've had the chance to be with many people but for some reason am just a monogomous person. Recently with my long distance relationship however this is getting very very difficult. My first girlfriend lasted from 14-16 and she seemed to enjoy it a lot. My girlfriend now always complains about being soar after sex and sometimes it's hard to get in w/o being very very wet. She is on the smaller side, 5'1" but I have done mild research and allegedly most women generally have simular sized vaginas so I don't think that makes hers much smaller. If we were to have sex for 10 minutes, generally she'll climax once from foreplay, and twice during intercourse.

I also wanted to post an update on my progress. Today marks one month of PE for me, and I have to say.... I'm a believer. First up, when I am "In the mood" enough, my erections are rock solid; about as hard as my actual muscles when I'm pumped from the gym. Secondly when I measured last night in this rock hard state, I now range in NBPEL from 7.1-7.2 (an extra 1/10 or 2/10 of an inch). I only measured this once last night But wow was I surprised. Should I still keep up the same routine or possibly think about adding something? Also I'm changing from a 2 day on one day off to a 1 day on 1 day off. On occassion I have slight achiness (very slight) so I figure this will leave room for more rest which will hopefully inturn lead to more gains. Lastly I was wondering, I measure on the top of my penis not the side. When I measure on the side it is longer than when I measure on top. Is the top probably the most accurate way to go? |

Congrats on the gains, Health. About measuring: Yea the top is the most accurate way to go. A lot of guys who don't PE measure from the side, as it gives them more of an ego boost to think they're longer than the rest of us |
