I have been experiencing with PE for a long time, but started to get serious Sept 1st 2010.
I did not take accurate measurements like an idiot. However, I have clearly gained.
Here is my current routine:
Stats:
Girth: MEG 5.65" BEG 5.5"
BPEL: 7.25"
NBPEL: 6:50"-6:75" depending on measurement time.
Stamina: 10-15 Minutes
I remember years ago measuring around 5.75"to 6.00" NBPEL, but I can't contribute my gains to my new routine as I did not measure.
Goal:
BPEL: 8"
NBPEL: 7.5"
MEG: 6"
BEG: 6"
Stamina: Last 25 minutes in any position

- 10 Minutes or Rice Sock Warm Up
- U,D,O,L,R Stretches 1 minute each way. 4 sets, 20 minutes total.
- Bundled Stretch 30 seconds each way. 6 Sets for 3 minutes total. (This is to address a 1/4 " difference in base girth)
- Jelging 20 Minutes, OK Grip, wet, switching hands, 3 second stroke
- Pump low pressure for 15 Minutes with light stretching and Kegal work.
