(05/01/07) PI notes: Girth at thickest point: 5.500 (sat at edge of chair) Girth at thinest point: 5.125 (sat at edge of chair) Bone Pressed Length: 6.875 estimated volume: 15.4404 M (after test) .181 added this month 1.1198 added this year Mar-Apr comparison: although i had to leave it out for the sake of testing how much different it makes, i suspect that the lack of L-A this month inhibited gains slightly. nonetheless a slight increase. i think may will be very good. Number of manual workouts: 0 (vs. 8, 2, 8) Minutes spent clamped: 275 (vs. 122, 145, 78 ) Minutes spent hanging: 0 (vs. 0, 0, 347) Hours with golf weights: 0 (vs. 0, 1, 0) Number of kegel workouts: 1 (vs. 5, 1, 4) Total amount L-Arginine: 0g (vs. 90, 15g, 75g) Clamping Plan for May: about 300 minutes clamped. i might try a new idea of intensity tapering mini-cycles; heavy day, light day, day off. (only second half of month though, or else i ruin L-A experiment) i'm trying ace bandage too. L-Arginine Plan for May: about 200 g of L-Arginine. i'm pretty sure that 200g is just the right amount that i will be able to tell if it makes a noticable difference. Kegel Plan for May: i always mean to do as many kegel workouts as possible... so that'll be the plan, but i tend not to. April clamping lessons: sitting on the corner of the chair while clamped forces even more blood in. good idea for peak girth, got to and held 5.75 while doing this. using a microwavable hot wrap is kinda nicer than hot bath. also, afterwards the COLD dunk is a nice way to end the workout. (05/02/07) 10g of L-Arginine 50mg Zinc (one pill) Clamping: (mid&base focused)(gel pack warm up)(wrapped with 16" of doubled up Ace Bandage) ***touching/relaxing/heating about 3-5 minutes 5 min (4 notches showing?)(occasional manual) ***(wrap off)touching/relaxing/heating about 3-5 minutes 5 min (4 notches showing?)(occasional manual) ***(wrap on)touching/relaxing/heating about 5-10 minutes 5 min (4 notches showing?)(occasional manual) ***(wrap on)touching/relaxing/heating about 5-10 minutes 5 min (4 notches showing?)(occasional manual) ***finished at 7:00 and left the wrap on note: this was incredible, just chilling i held a peak girth of 5.75. using the corner of the chair technique i got a bit over, maybe even 5.875! note: leaving the wrap on in between sets is nice too, seemed to keep me more physically ready and cut fumbling a lot note: leaving it on after seems like a real good idea, could still pee. walking around with it was noticable as fuck, but 3 layers cut down a bit. note on variables: i had intended to make L-Arginine use the only variable... but that clearly fell through. i'm too excited to wait 2 or 4 weeks to use Ace bandage and add leaving it on in between sets/after workouts. so i guess that's 3 or 4 variables depending how you look at it.
