(01/20/07) swimcap hang: (10 minute warmth rest between sets) 5x15min (SD) (ended fairly normal) 5x10 (SO) (ended w/ tip of glans blueish) note: did alright with the new weight. Clamping: (necktie as wrap) 10 min 8 min note: awesome exercise. my mid-shaft girth was at 5.5 during my sets. im going to keep up with these. FL vacuum session Overall Note: i've thought about it and since i already reach the end of my girlfriend and she really likes the sensation of or pelvises touching, im going to ignore the advice of focusing on length first. im going to clamp once in a while. im not sure, but i believe i shouldnt masturbate after clamping, does anyone know? |

(01/23/07) Clamping: (necktie as wrap) 10 min 8 min 10 min note: on the second set a certain vein that doesnt normally stick out, stuck out and was a little hard; made me slightly nervous. the third set went better, not sure why. on all sets, specifically the third, i noticed slight overall blueness, and as soon as i unclamped, it was like all these little 2mm-4mm "bruises" on my head were there and faded away within about 15-30 seconds seconds. ADS: fastened 2 golf weights soon after clamping for 3 hours note: these stayed on without wrapping the end of my dick. Kegels: 100 quick burst manual pull down kegels, 50 right, 50 left 100 quick burst manual pull down kegels, 50 right, 50 left note: kegels are boring, but i'm kinda over-motivated right now and didnt want to do nothing today. tomorrow however i will do absolutely nothing. 10g of L-Arginine Last edited by beavertaffy; 01-23-2007 at 09:54 PM. |

(01/26/07) Clamping: (HOT warm up, wrapped 3 layers w/ necktie) 8 min (opened and massaged twice) 8 min (opened and massaged once) note: felt good, i think i was measuring in at 5.6ish mid girth for a moment during this. Goal Update: i got lucky and a conversation came up with my girlfriend regarding size. it was a reference to a conversation she had with a friend. now i know for sure that extra length wouldnt improve sex for her. she worded it that “Length is pointless and stupid.” (meaning above average length) so since i already reach the end of her and have to be careful i will focus only on girth now. 5g of L-Arginine Last edited by beavertaffy; 01-27-2007 at 05:27 AM. |

(01/27/07) no PE today, i wasnt sure if i should or not. i think i have worked out my new routine a bit more specifically though. it will be 2 on 2 off, 1st day clamping focused, 2nd day manual exercise focused. always focusing on girth. and as usual, plans to see the girlfriend will always interrupt the schedule, so i will keep it somewhat variable and try to work around visits. |
