(02/23/07) PI Notes: last nights workout seemed so good because of just how swolen up it was, but today i havent been getting as much random boners as normal. no discomfort, but perhaps i need to resist the urge to go more intense even when it feels like its doing more. |

(02/26/07) PI Notes: last night when i layed down to go to bed my penis was rediculously turtled, i definitly over did it on the intensity the past two workouts. for now the plan is to let it repair itself and take an extended recovery break. if i dont get too antsy to start working again, i will take 2 weeks off. i figure i should just let my dick be a dick for a little while. |
