(02/27/07) PI Notes: last night it seemed to work fine with my girlfriend even though it showed signs of being over stressed. only once last night and once this morning though, which is a little on the infrequent side for a visit between us. i think i am still antsy to keep training though. i will just spend then next two weeks on some light/medium manual girth work when i take showers or maybe in the room. Two Week Plan: (first half of march) i will focus mainly on the base and the head in manual workouts and for the next two weeks i wont masturbate once. Two Week Plan: (second half of march) i will get back into clamping, but will add sets or only moderate pressure when i feel that i should/can be doing more. (02/28/07) PI notes: decent random boners, feeling thick Girth at thickest point: 5.5000 (still a close call between 5.5 and 5.4375) Girth at thinest point: 5.0625 Bone Pressed Length: 6.875 estimated volume: 15.2594 M (after test) .1798 added this month .9388 added this year Jan-Feb comparison: the max girth increase in feb, matches that of jan. the volume increase was much lower though because no hanging. (no length/base girth benefits from hanging) also, much less L-A and Kegels. Number of manual workouts: 2 (8 in january) Minutes spent clamped: 145 minutes (78 in january) Minutes spent hanging: 0 minutes (347 in january) Hours with golf weights: 1 hour (0 in january) Number of kegel workouts: 1 (4 in january) Total amount L-Arginine: 15 g (75g in january) February clamping lessons: don’t over do it with wall fuck clamps (got me turtled for 2 days), end with cold splash more, higher angle clamping is a good changeup (note when this is done), standing and moving seems to help blood flow in, Last edited by beavertaffy; 03-03-2007 at 11:08 AM. |

(03/03/07) PI notes: woke up with a pretty badass boner, i drank last night and for some reason i tend to get better morning woods after drinking. nonetheless i still think its a good sign for the workout i did. Manual Workout: 10 min reverse base jelk (normal grip seems a little better than overhand) 10 min head concentrated (wow/oops, i made a tiny bit of blood come out of the very tip of my penis on these.) 10 min of edging (NOT PART OF THE PLAN, but i did it to reasure myself that my penis was still working) note: the tiny amount of bloods pretty freaky, but the erection after this workout was bafflingly intense. if i would have shot it would have gone miles. (03/06/07) Manual Workout: 10 min head concentrated (seemed good) 15 min reverse base jelk note: not sure, but i think changing the order between the two movements isnt as good. finishing with the head stuff seemed better. also, no startling mishaps this time. |

(03/09/07) Manual Workout: 10 min reverse base jelk 10 min head concentrated (seemed good) 10 min of edging note: in principle i mean to stay away from edging in addition to not ejaculating, but it really helps to get all the tissues relaxed and circulating smooth again. so i will continue this practice to some extent. note: im a little concerned that the way im doing the head focused exercises may increase my length. if theres any sign of a length increase at mid month i will modify the exercise. note: i had a pretty sweet looking flacid in the mirror right after this, catching up my base and head to my mid-girth will make a big difference in my look. note: had a petichae or two on my head after this 10g of L-Arginine Last edited by beavertaffy; 03-09-2007 at 03:01 PM. |
