Default Beginner looking for words of wisedom as I grow

Hey I am never new to these concepts. I actually just stumbled onto this site. I believe my erection is 4.5 and I am never measured my girth.

Lets see if i have this right i have to
1. Measure
1. P. Length
2. P. Girth

2. Next have a goal of increase

3. Exercise

If someone can help me through this it would I would appreciate it. Thank you and look forward to hearing back from someone if not several.

You're right - you'll want to start by measuring. Then it would be a good idea to pick a long-term and short-term goal. After that, have a look at this thread: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! - Penis Enlargement Gym . . . It will help you maximize your results.

Then start exercising.

Default Log On First Measurement

Ok so the measurements are in and I was surprised

P Length erect - 5
P Girth erect - 5
P Length soft - 3
P Girth soft 2.25

Thank you remek for the website I am still reading it.

What I am doing:
5 minutes of warm up (usually a shower but might start hot compress)
5 stretch up
5 stretch down
5 stretch right
5 Stretch left
(I have also heard that you can do upper right, lower right, upper left and lower left but I think I will wait a few more months before I do that)
200 jelqing
5 minutes of cool down (usually in the shower or hot compress)

One question I have is how do I stop getting erect during stretches. I have to stop alot to allow my erection to go down. Any techniques or suggestions?

The tips in there are for jelqing, but they apply to stretching too. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
