I've decided to keep a log to get myself and keep myself motivated. I'm not going it the same way everybody else is. I'm not taking measurements until the program is over. I'm going on by how my body, mind and jr feels. I feel that reconnected with my body could be a spiritual way of helping myself. This post is going to be a one day plus morning log so lets get started!!
Started and finished with JP's Beginner routine.
Did 50 kegels with 1, 50 second hold.
Was watching a animated movie ( Yes I love anime ) and decided to do 5, 10 hold kegels. My PC was burning and I felt pretty good.
Woke up with a rage'r. Due to the coldness in my room ( heater vent is jammed somewhere ) my boy didn't reach 100% girth BUT for some reason, I knew he wanted to just bust out. Going to be adding a personal kegel hold to my routine. 50 quick kegels to get the muscle ready and 10, 10 second holds with another 50 to cool down. Since this is my morning post, I'll report back tonight when I'm done.
