Well I have been doing PE for almost two weeks now and I thought that it was about time that I kept a diary of my progress whilst exercising, and also allow me to gain benefitial help in what I am doing wrong / what I should be doing from you experienced PE'ers.
I am doing JP's 90 day beginner program, where I follow a four day on and three day off program and this is what I do:
15mins warm up with rice sock
Stretching - left, right, up and straight out for a count of 25 kegels which are all followed by 20 circles (10 one way and 10 the other)
150 Wet jelqs (3 sets of 50)
90 V jelqs (3 sets of 30) - I find these still hard to do and dont think i am getting a good benefit from them.
All together it takes about an hour to do.
I am currently on my 3rd day of my off days and starting back up again tomorow and am looking to bring in edging into it tomorow but one question remains...when you edge do you actually cum or do you get to the point of no return and then stop (if you get me)?
