    DAY:1
    2011!!!
    A fine year for a FRESH new start with PEing.
    So i did my first PE routine today (JonPop's 90 day routine) after a month of healing,and i have to say it felt REALLY GOOOOOOOD!!!
    As of now and here,this will be my Progress Log...please support and BE inspired by my gains and results! Thank you.

    Started:
    (6/3/2011)
    BPEL: 5,7"
    EGL: 4,7"

    Current:
    (6/3/2011)
    BPEL: 5,7"
    EGL: 4,7"

    - Current Routines:JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine,rdi99's 6 1/2 minute kegel routine (for my "off" days)
    Expect an update every month or so...or maybe even week!

    DAY: 6
    Just yesterday I finished my 5th day of JonPop's 90 Day Routine(+ 100 erect kegels after each routine),and today i did rbi99's Kegel Routine (in a erect state) and i will do it tomorrow as well (Day 7).I've GOT to say that i feel more "dynamic",confident,determined to continue on my journey and MORE relaxed around girls.In addition,my member looks more "fatty",as if i have been to a Penis Gym and have been on the pills for like 3 months and now my veins are poping like crazy!!(Can you believe that?!)Anywayz,I won't be posting any measurements until the end of the 1st month,becuz i don't want to get addicted to the results as much as i want to be to the health of my penis!
    [I wanna add as well that today and tomorrow are my "off" days]
    Althought,the first 3 to 4 days were perfect and my penis was AMAZINGLY "strong",I kinda got horny aaaand when i stimulated myself i came reluctantly.And the next day while i was PEing i came reluctantly as well(maybe due to the fact that i came yesterday?!)...and my penis now isn't as "strong" as it was the first 3-4 days of training.
    So my questions of the day are:"Does ejaculation has any relation to HOW strong my EQ will be? And if so how many times should i masturbate a month? Does the sperm have any nutrients that are needed while PEing?"
    Please tell me what i should do.I also wanna THANK YOU for your support here PEgym members/moderators etc.

    Previous (Initial) Measurements:
    BPEL: 5,7"
    EGL: 4,7"

    Lubricant:Johnsons Baby Oil
    Routine: 5 days "on",2 days "off"

    DAY: 7 (1st Week)
    Finally,I finished (today) my 1st week of PEing with JonPop's 90 Day Routine!!!
    It was a very interesting and pleasant week for me,with lots of exercising without straining the penis...and OH BOY do I love my dick the way it looks now haha.
    Today I managed to NOT masturbate and do 100 erect kegels instead of rbi99's routine...So a quick question:"Should I do more Kegels on my "OFF" days or should I do a standard routine (e.g. 100-200 kegels/a "off" day)??!"
    PLEASE I NEED HELP...as for the previous question I stated yesterday (DAY: 6) I STILL NEED AN ANSWER!!!

    HELP PLEASE...

    I would say start a standard routine until you get used to the kegels and then in time when your PC muscle is trained you can try a middleweight kegel routine

    To answer your questions, days off should be days off - no PE at all if at all possible.
    The amount of or intensity of ejaculation, in my estimation, has nothing to do with how strong you EQ will be. It can go either way - guys have noted very weak ejaculations while being as hard as iron, while others note extremely intense erections while having lower than optimal EQ. I've had both happen from time to time and have not narrowed down a cause or trigger.
    Times for masturbation per month? That's on you. The fewer the better since masturbation is a "form" of PE and you don't want to overwork your penis. As far as sperm and nutrients, no. Testosterone is the only hormone that actually affects PE to any degree.

    As for masturbation,I believed the same thing,the less i masturbate the better.
