TwitterVery cool man. Isn't it interesting how several days off can make us have to reduce weight by so much? I appear to be up 1/8" or so the last couple weeks myself.
By the way, no problem. I enjoy helping men and am thrilled every time my help gets them closer to their goals.

Hello fellas, work had me off again so I guess my 10 days became about two weeks. To be hinest I feel awsome and am back at it today with an easy session. I finally have some open space and I think the two weeks ( other than the one session ) has been a blessing. Weener feels damn healthy and the EQ is pretty good.

TwitterGood deal - I bet all that good recovery time had your session feeling pretty easy! Because of my work schedule, I get a 5 day break from hanging once each month, and my first day back always feels amazing!

I am going to get in some actual planned rest days now. I like the way I felt with rest.
Hanging:
15 minutes @ 20 lbs SD
That is all, soft tissue but tomorrow, at least two sets and in 5 days, damn heavy!!!

Today was a bit more back to normal, I felt great after three but I decided to not go nutso.
Hanging:
20 minutes @ 15 lbs SD
20 minutes @ 20 lbs SD
20 minutes @ 23 lbs SD
I will be back to full speed in a few days. I am going to alternate heavy and light days starting next week. I am going to do 15 minute sets on heavy days and 20 minute sets on lighter days.
Ok, so I know that i have tried pumping before with hanging but i tried again and under a new idea. I am going to just try this for a day or two and probably end up dropping it again. i have always had great EQ when pumping so I am going to add 1 short low low pressure set, just enough for blood flow but not enuff pressure or time for edema build up.
jelque: 10 minutes
pump: 10 minutes @ 3 hg with 2.00 inch cylinder
So far it seems alright, I am actually trying to find out how long I can pump without getting pumped if that makes sense. the problem with pumping and hanging is simply edema, if you dont build it up it will not be a problem and after my ten minute set I looked pretty damn normal, may do this every other day with days off. havent worked out the bugs yet and as mentioned above if it hinders hanging it is out.
I think I will try the pump first next time and then jelque to help limit any possibility of fluid retention in my ding dongeroni.

Well I did it again, had a decent day and I think I will be back at 30 something in a few days.
Hanging:
15 minutes @ 20 lbs SD
15 minutes @ 25 lbs SD
12 minutes @ 28 lbs SD
Just need a couple days to get the skin back to normal but it went smooth today and I felt I could do more, just trying to be safe. A new concept for me, lol

Working the straight down angle for a while, I was in the BTC mode and I will still hit it a few times a week. One thing is for sure, I cant hang 31 SD. I did do some at 28 and that was tough but then again I am only on my third day after a two week break so now my goal is to hang 30 SD with a full set.
Hanging:
15 minutes @ 25 lbs SD
10 minutes @ 20 lbs SD
Felt a bit of fatigue from yesterday so I figure the two sets were a good amount. Besides I was interupted by kids, I usually do this in the morning but at 7:30 Pm is not the right time!

TwitterChanging angles definitely changes feel. As well as the "pull". I still do not believe in angles vs "LOT" or what have you though. I do suspect though, that many men who hang "BTC", experience (or have the potential to...and how can we tell since we're not there with them??) more 'drag' at this angle and are in fact experiencing less overall pull while hanging. I have seen BIB speak out against hanging straight down recently. I don't understand why. I feel much more pull overall in my base, penis and everything really hanging SD. Especially at the 30lb rang. I am starting to believe in fact, that the heavier a guy works up to, the more overall stretch he gets. If there are in fact 'limiting factors', or certain tissues which take more weight to stretch...perhaps this is where "LOT" and "Tunicae vs Ligs" type theories come from. Many of the big theory guys seem to never get past 20lbs or so in weight. So, really what do they know? I'm not trying to come off as a basher or anything on those guys, but really...what do they know? They only have experience with a certain weight range. Maybe guys who work into the heavier weights like we are doing don't have to worry about "Tunicae vs ligs", or angles and such if we just keep moving forward.
Other thoughts:
We also have to consider this new approach to working around attachment point soreness that Angus has brought us. It really does help strongly reduce APS (Attachment Point Soreness) and allow a guy to hang heavier more frequently. Imagine how many more men could have potentially gained much more from hanging had they had this technique years ago?![]()

I agree with what you are saying. If you hang heavier it will grow, period. I have seen guys who have hung for a few years coplaining of gains coming to a sto then I check their threads and they are at 15 lbs. WTF, how can you make the big gains when after two years you are where I was in 4 months.
