Well I was on the light day and it was probably good. I was fatigued from yesterdays session!
Hanging:
15 minutes @ 20 lbs SD
15 minutes @ 20 lbs SD

And did you have a loss of tug when pulling straight down before hanging?

I have gained about 1/2 inch from hanging. I did some BTC for a while but most of my hanging has been SD. My loss of tug was about 9:30 and I dont think it has changed much. I monitor it but I dont choose my angles by LOT.

Today is the day before a rest day so I did some quick hanging and then pumped up some.
Hanging:
20 minutes @ 25 lbs SD
Pumping:
20 minutes @ 4 hg
20 minutes @ 4-5 hg.
Both sets using my 2.00 inch cylinder.
Phat like a coke can!

Well this work stuff is getting in the way, I have had almost a week off and will no longer allow this to happen. I still think all the time off over the last month has not hurt me and my gains.........yet! My measureents are great and with in 1/8th of an inch of my best but I am still in the hunt for more, I have been lax, I have had my lazy time and now the sleeves are rolled back up and I am getting at it with a vengeance. I am not only going for 8 but I am going for 8 aggressively, but safely. I mean aggressively is going to be done by being steady and consistant.
Hanging:

15 minutes @ 25 lbs SD
12 minutes @ 25 lbs SD

TwitterWay to regroup - its all too easy to let things slide and before you know it you're way off course. I have found that if I force myself to get my sets in early (even if its only getting the first 2 sets out of the way early) i have much less problems staying on track. Keep it up!

Yes, I agree it is easy to slide but if I just get 2 out of days I feel as if i can gain. I am also giving a hanging routine with some pumping one last try. If it doesnt work out I will give up pumping for a year. I am still doing my pump when I know I will not hang the next day. There is no way to pump then hang the next day. i am still trying hanging for two days and pumping on day two with day three being an off day. I see where it can not work for those that beleive in hanging every day but I beleive that there are different ways to do things.Way to regroup - its all too easy to let things slide and before you know it you're way off course. Hanging:
15 minutes @ 25 lbs
15 minutes @ 20 lbs
Pumping:
15 minutes @ 3-5 hg in 2.00 inch cyinder
20 minutes @ 3-6 hg in 2.00 inch cylinder
10 minutes @ 5 hg in 2.00 cylinder

Well this morning I went to the higher weights and I found that I just can not do a pumping routine of any worth and try to hang, just not going to happen so I will just use my pump for a few minutes after my second hanging day as a blood flow promoter. That means about 5 minutes. I get better EQ when using it but if I do enuff to get the fatty big dork I suffer. Tried to hang heavy today and I found that even after a day off I can not get comfy. My wangasaur stays fattttttt from pumping and it is a very long time. It is as if I pumped this morning as far as hanging goes so I did some lazy hanging and I will resume tonight.
hanging:
10 minutes lazy hang SD starting @ 25, going to 28 and then 31 then dropped back down. SD waas the angle and I changed weight every 2 or 3 minutes

10 minutes @ 23 lbs SD
