I'm really upset with myself for having procrastinated for such a long time but I have finally decided to start a log. I figure I do it for my workouts at the gym that I might as well have one for PE as well. Just a little recap of what I've been doing, I joined back in December 2010 but I got an allergic reaction after only a week of PE so I had to take a long time off and didn't take my first measurements until February 9th.
My stats on 2/9/2011:
E Girth: 4.8
I didn't take a BPEL measurement unfortunately but I'm guessing that I was somewhere around 6.9 or so.My most recent measurements were taken on 5/26/2011

I am enjoying PE a lot and I hope to eventually reach my goal of: 8" BPEL and 5.5" Erect GirthSince my last measurement, I had begun doing SupraSlammers but I felt like they still might be a little too intense for me so I'm gunna try to go nice and easy for another few weeks and see how everything goes.While I am also taking it easy for the next few weeks I will also be eating healthier and working out more. I'm currently 6"2 and weigh 232 lbs. I'm going to try to lose as much fat as possible and replace it with muscle by the end of the summer so hopefully I can lower the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL (currently at 1.1-1.2)I'm really excited and more motivated than ever to improve my penis and overall health so wish me luck and I'll be updating my log daily.It's time to get to work
