    I'm really upset with myself for having procrastinated for such a long time but I have finally decided to start a log. I figure I do it for my workouts at the gym that I might as well have one for PE as well. Just a little recap of what I've been doing, I joined back in December 2010 but I got an allergic reaction after only a week of PE so I had to take a long time off and didn't take my first measurements until February 9th.

    My stats on 2/9/2011:
    BPFSL: 7.25
    NPBEL: 6
    E Girth: 4.8

    I didn't take a BPEL measurement unfortunately but I'm guessing that I was somewhere around 6.9 or so.My most recent measurements were taken on 5/26/2011
    BPFSL: 7.75
    NBPEL: 6.2
    BPEL: 7.3
    E Girth: 5

    7/1/2011
    BPEL: 7.4
    NBPEL: 6.4
    EG: 5-5.1

    8/17/2011
    BPEL: 7.6
    NBPEL: 6.5
    EG: 5.1-5.2

    8/31/2011 After a 2 week break
    BPFSL: 8.1
    BPEL: 7.8
    EG: 5.25
    BEG: 5.4 (first time measuring)
    Volume: 209

    12/25/2011 Measurements taken Before a routine instead of after!!!
    BPFSL: 7.9

    I am enjoying PE a lot and I hope to eventually reach my goal of: 8" BPEL and 5.5" Erect GirthSince my last measurement, I had begun doing SupraSlammers but I felt like they still might be a little too intense for me so I'm gunna try to go nice and easy for another few weeks and see how everything goes.While I am also taking it easy for the next few weeks I will also be eating healthier and working out more. I'm currently 6"2 and weigh 232 lbs. I'm going to try to lose as much fat as possible and replace it with muscle by the end of the summer so hopefully I can lower the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL (currently at 1.1-1.2)I'm really excited and more motivated than ever to improve my penis and overall health so wish me luck and I'll be updating my log daily.It's time to get to work

    So today was my first routine for taking it easy.

    PE:
    10 minute warm up
    Basic streches in all directions fallowed by big circles and helli's
    10 minutes of "OK" grip jelqs (6 second strokes)
    7 miuntes of "V" jelqs (5 second strokes)
    31 minutes of edging
    10 minute warm down

    GYM: Chest and Triceps
    3X8 Incline Bench
    3X8 Flat Bench
    3X8 Dumbell Incline Bench
    3X8 Flat Dumbell Bench
    3X8 Chest Flies
    3X10 tricep Extensions
    1 set of close grip bench till failure
    Short abb circuit
    Finished with shooting hoops for about 30 minutes and was too tired for the olyptical machine

    Day 2 of no soda!

    Day 2 of my log

    PE:
    10 minute warm up

    3 minutes of "U" jelqs (5 second strokes)
    5 minutes of "V" jelqs (5 second strokes)
    I warmed down for 15 minutes and then decided I wanted to edge. I got about 24 in and let it out.
    I'll so some bed fowfers in a few minutes.

    GYM: It was my rest day today so I just relaxed.

    I ate pretty crappy today. I had two double stacks at wendy's (didn't eat the top buns if that helps at all) then ate some buffalo wings at famous daves. Still was able to manage from drinking soda though Been drinking a lot of water and chocolate milk.

    I'm excited to hit the gym tomorrow. I'm not going to weigh myself till sunday and I'm making my next measuring date July 1. I can't wait!

    Any advice that somebody wants to post on here would be greatly appreciated!

    Day 3 of my log

    PE:
    Today was my rest day.
    When I woke up though this morning I had an erection that lasted for probably an hour and the EQ was pretty high.
    I'm thinking about using my rice sock right before I go to bed and fall asleep doing some fowfers.

    GYM: Back and Biceps
    3X10 wide grip pull downs
    3X10 medium grip pull downs
    3X10 lat machine pull downs
    3X10 bent rows
    3X10 single arm lat pull downs
    3X10 single arm rows. Did as many low rows as I could in between sets
    3X10 curls with EZ curl bar
    3X10 dumbell curls
    1 abb circuit
    1 mile on the olyptical-level 8 (8:19) new record!
    125 crunches. 50 straight. 25 right. 25 left. 25 straight
    9 minutes and high bike-level 8 (5.22 miles) new record!

    I've eaten really healthy so far and probably gunna have pasta for dinner and a banana on the side.

    Day 4 of no soda! And I swear I saw the outline of my abbs before getting into the shower! LOL

    Day 4 of my log

    I was too tired last night after my workout to get on the computer so this is my log for yesterday and I'll be doing another entry tonight.

    I had to buy some more lubricant so I bought Vaseline body lotion with vitamins E & A. It feels good but I have to re-apply every 5 minutes or so. I like how well it moisturizes my skin but I'm going to have to get something else for edging. I dry edged last night.

    PE:
    10 minute warm up
    Basic streches in all directions fallowed by big circles and helli's
    11 minutes of "OK" grip jelqs (6 second strokes)
    5 minutes of "V" jelqs (5 second strokes)
    15 minute warm down
    35 minutes edging (My EQ continues to be really high)

    GYM: It was a rest day for me so I hangout with my girlfriend and wathed some tv.
    I had some McDonalds but I'm still going without soda

    Day 5 and 6 of my log

    I'm still a day behind on my log so this is for yesterday and today

    Day 5 PE:
    10 minute warm up
    Basic streches in all directions fallowed by big circles and helli's
    12 minutes of "OK" grip jelqs (6 second strokes)
    6 minutes of "V" jelqs (5 second strokes)
    17 minutes ballooning(I ejaculated later at night)
    15 minute warm down
    30 minutes of bed fowfers

    Had a nice plump flaccid for the day

    Day 5 GYM: Quads
    3X7 Front Squats
    3X7 Leg Press
    3X7 Narrow Stance Squats
    3X10 Leg Extensions
    1 Abb circuit
    18 Minutes on olyptical
    1 game of basketball to 15

    I had a sprite!

    Today's PE:
    It's a rest day so I'll use some heat tonight and maybe do some bed fowfers

    Today's GYM: Shoulders and Hamstrings

    3X7 Sitting Shoulder Press (using bar)
    3X7 standing Shoulder Press (using bar) with as many standing dumbell shoulder presses as I can do in between
    3X8 Forward arm raises palms down with 3X8 forward arm raises palms up
    3X8 shoulder shrugs with 3X8 arm raises to the side
    1 Abb circuit
    18 minutes Olyptical
    125 crunches

    Day 7 of my log

    Ever since I started using this new Vaseline body lotion as a lubricant my dick has been really smooth and my girlfriend loves it

    PE:
    15 minute warm up with rice sock
    Basic streches in all directions fallowed by big circles and helli's
    15 minutes of "OK" grip jelqs (6 second strokes)
    5 minutes of "V" jelqs (5 second strokes)
    25 minutes ballooning...20 more minutes of ballooning a few hours afterwards. I'll edge tonight.

    GYM: Hamstrings and cardio(I didn't get to them yesterday)
    5 minute warm up on bike
    3X7 Deadlift on box
    3X7 Deadlift
    1X20 Hamstring curls
    2 miles on olypitical machine

    I didn't get to abbs today so i'll do them before I take a shower tonight.

    I weighed myself last night and I've lost 6 pounds

    Day 8 of my log

    PE:

    Only did 10 minutes of ballooning

    I'm thinking about edging on my rest day tomorrow

    GYM: Great rest day. I'm pretty sore form my workout so that's good I had soda and ate pretty crappy though

    I've been eating a lot of bananas and pineapple and cherries so I hope that'll help the taste of my cum.

    Also I started drinking a lot of Arizona green tea with honey so I hope that helps with blood flow.
