I don't know much about nutrition, I know I'm getting plenty of carbs. I could increase my Vitamin water intake, that has some calories. I eat probably 4 meals a day, trying to gain weight too. I'm only at 180 right now.
This Special One I been taking a multi vitamin & mineral supplement has Beta-Carotene (as pro-Vitamin A 3 mg)
I'm going to look up foods that have Vitamin A in them or another pill.
I'll change it up for this week and next before I go to Colorado and see what this does.
M W F workouts, while the others are off days. I'll still kegel every day.
By the way, my BPFSL is 6.5" right now. I'm going to wait to apply the TGC theory to my routine.
