I'll try that. I need to go to a supplement store for the ginkgo. I'll look for that tomorrow.

Will do on the Noni.

I don't know much about nutrition, I know I'm getting plenty of carbs. I could increase my Vitamin water intake, that has some calories. I eat probably 4 meals a day, trying to gain weight too. I'm only at 180 right now.

This Special One I been taking a multi vitamin & mineral supplement has Beta-Carotene (as pro-Vitamin A 3 mg)

I'm going to look up foods that have Vitamin A in them or another pill.

I'll change it up for this week and next before I go to Colorado and see what this does.

M W F workouts, while the others are off days. I'll still kegel every day.

By the way, my BPFSL is 6.5" right now. I'm going to wait to apply the TGC theory to my routine.

I found that a lot of food contains vitamin A.

I had broiled chicken for dinner. I'll buy more carrots. Butter, I need more butter. And eggs every morning.

Bottom line, I think I'm gonna look for a vitamin A tablet.

Eggs and butter are good for you especially if you need to rebuild after a long illness. Organic butter is the best, home grown or organic eggs are the best.
Full of CLA"s and Omega 3 fatty acids. Eggs contain omega 3 fatty acids. Butter CLA's. Try organic cocnutt oil I hear it is good for you as well.

Too much Vitamin A is not good for you. It builds up in the fatty tissues.
A good multiple vitamin will contain all the A you need.
Take the supplemsnts I recommend in the 90 day routine. These are all you need.

I'm back folks! The first day back on the bicycle.

I'm going to continue with this routine, since I'm familiar with it and don't know many other exercises...

90 Day JP Routine: Starting Monday
Mon
, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun

Warm Up
10 minute rice sock

Stretching
ES: 0-30%
  1. Helicopter Shakes for 20 seconds
  2. Hold in DIRECTION with O.K. grip for 25 kegels (2-3 seconds each)
  3. Maintaining stretch, pull straight out and rotate counter-clockwise to the left then rotate clockwise to the right (10 rotations each)
Repeat steps 1-3. DIRECTION changes from Left, Right, Straight Out, to Straight Up.

Conclude with Helicopter Shakes

Wet Jelqing
ES: 60-80%
  1. Apply lubrication
  2. 50 Jelqs, both hands count as one rep (3-4 seconds each)
  3. 30 V-Jelqs going from the left, center, to the right for one rep (4-5 seconds each)
Repeat step 1 as needed for a total of 150 Jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs.

Warm Down
10 minute rice sock or a hot shower.

The workout takes about 1 hour, not counting the warm down.

3 sets of 100 kegels daily. Edging every other day 2 hours after workout, except days off.

Supplements (taken daily)
  • 1 x L-Arginine 1000mg [brand: now] (after a month will increase to 2000mg)
  • 1 x L-Lysine 500mg [brand: now]
  • 1 x Special One Multi Vitamin & Mineral [brand: now]
  • 1 x Pure Zinc 50mg [brand: unsure]
  • 1 x Super B-Complex with Vitamin C and Folic Acid [brand: Nature Made]
  • 1 x Gingko Biloba 120mg [brand: unsure]

All right, I haven't posted workouts for a while. Been a really intense week; my brother showed up unexpectedly on Tuesday.

Each workout takes almost exactly an hour to complete, not including the warming up and down.

I do these right after lifting weights for an hour.

Week 1 Day 1 (3/9/09)
-10 minute warm up
-20 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-40 minute of Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [5-6 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [8-9 sec per])
-10 minute warm down shower

Week 1 Day 2 (3/11/09)
-15 minute warm up
-20 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-40 minute of Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [5-6 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [8-9 sec per])
-10 minute warm down shower

Week 1 Day 3 (3/13/09)
-20 minute warm up
-20 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-40 minute of Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [5-6 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [8-9 sec per])
-Edging attempt and just unloaded after 15 minutes
-10 minute warm down shower

I decided to listen to my penis, since it was sore today and switched up my workout for today.
Week 2 Day 1 (3/16/09)
-13 minute warm up
-20 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-30 minute of Wet Jelqing (2X50 Jelqs [7-8 sec per] and 2X30 V-Jelqs [10+ sec per])
-Edging session (30 minutes long with 2 edges [15,10,5]
-10 minute cool down (because I'm typing this out right now and answering some messages).

Periodically each day, I do Pyramid Kegels (3X15) for now. I plan to increase the set by one weekly.

And my supplement plan has changed:

Supplements (taken daily)
  • 2 x L-Arginine 1000mg [brand: now]
  • 1 x L-Lysine 500mg [brand: now]
  • 1 x Special One Multi Vitamin & Mineral [brand: now]
  • 1 x Pure Zinc 50mg [brand: unsure]

  • 1 x Gingko Biloba 120mg [brand: Natural Mental Sharpness]
There it all is. Oh yeah, today during my V-Jelqs my dick popped. It didn't feel painful or good, so I'm not making much of it.

Sorry for not posting right after my workout. I've been talking to a lawyer, my mother who has already contacted a PI, the Fire Marshall of Kitsap County and one of Boulder. It's a long day, when you accused of crimes you did not commit and are facing serious allegations.

Week 2 Day 1 (3/16/09)

-10 minute warm up
-18 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-40 minute of Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [5+ sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [5+ sec per])
-Edging session (49 minutes long with 3 holds [20,12,10] finishing seven minutes later.
-15 minute cool down

My goal is to post my workouts every time I do them. But I've been very busy since some school-related-bullshit has occurred. I'm spending my Spring Break doing depositions and lie-detector tests. On Friday I was in the air flying back to Washington, and getting ready for my best-friend's wedding the next day in Oregon. Because I missed my Friday workout and Monday's, this week I'm going for two days on and one day off.

Measurements will be taken at the end of the month

Week 3 Day 1 (3/24/09)

-13 minute warm up (flax seed sock, thanks PEsG)
-10 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-50 minute of Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [8+ sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [5+ sec per])
-20 minute Masturbation (I thought I was going to be able to edge, but I couldn't hold it, when I finished. The breathing through the nose makes my penis a lot harder and it was to the point no light kegel was needed to keep it at a 10. I think I reached an EQ of a rock solid erection within five minutes of the session.)
-30 minute shower while massaging and tugging on the testicles (5 minutes)

I'm going to try to wake up earlier and do 2 sets of 15 kegel pyramids prior to PE and then another set of 2 post-PE. And my goal is for 4 sets of 15 daily.
