I did one set of pyramid kegels while warming up. It made my penis get hotter. At least that's my opinion. Usually, I track my start for each exercise to the finish. Today I decided to time myself in increments of a minute to two minutes. This also helped me maintain the same ES.
Week 3 Day 2 (3/25/09)
-10 minute warm up (flax seed sock, thanks again PEsG)
-09 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-48 minute Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [12 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [12 sec per])
-24 minute Edging (with 3 holds at 10,6,5,3) Intense handfucking on my part, including rubbing the glans
-23 minute shower while massaging and tugging on the testicles (5 minutes)
Here's my mathematical equation I used to ask my mom to find out the how many seconds each rep was. Hahahaha.
If Superman flew up to the moon and back 50 times and it took him 10 minutes, then how long would it take him to fly up to the moon and back down once?
Answer (Jelq):10/50 - 1/5(60) = 12 seconds.
Answer (V-Jelq): 6/30 - 1/5(60)=12 seconds.
