I did one set of pyramid kegels while warming up. It made my penis get hotter. At least that's my opinion. Usually, I track my start for each exercise to the finish. Today I decided to time myself in increments of a minute to two minutes. This also helped me maintain the same ES.

Week 3 Day 2 (3/25/09)

-10 minute warm up (flax seed sock, thanks again PEsG)
-09 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-48 minute Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [12 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [12 sec per])
-24 minute Edging (with 3 holds at 10,6,5,3) Intense handfucking on my part, including rubbing the glans
-23 minute shower while massaging and tugging on the testicles (5 minutes)

Here's my mathematical equation I used to ask my mom to find out the how many seconds each rep was. Hahahaha.

Answer (Jelq):10/50 - 1/5(60) = 12 seconds.
Answer (V-Jelq): 6/30 - 1/5(60)=12 seconds.

Well aside from my Vile Morning, here's today's workout after one set of pyramid kegels. My distinction between edging and ballooning:
Edging-you ejaculate
Ballooning-you do not
Week 3 Day 3 (3/27/09)
-15 minute warm up (flax seed sock, thanks again PEsG)
-10 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-50 minute Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [12 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [12 sec per])
-36 minute Ballooning (with 3 holds at 17,10, and 9) Intense dry orgasms
-27 minute shower while massaging and tugging on the testicles (2 minutes)

I seem to be consistent jelqs at 12 seconds per repetition. My goal is to wait until my Monday workout (when I measure) to edge. But some friends want to hangout, so we'll see. Well, I'll see. And I'll let you know.

EDIT: I had that tingling sensation while taking the shower. And then after the shower I urinated. I wonder if there is a link...

I didn't get my release over the weekend. I didn't masturbate. I beat the temptation-pardon the pun.

A set of pyramid kegels while warming up.

Week 4 Day 1 (3/30/09)

-9 minute warm up (flax seed sock, thanks again PEsG)
-10 minute stretching (left, right, straight, up) helicopter shakes before and after each direction
-48 minute Wet Jelqing (3X50 Jelqs [12 sec per] and 3X30 V-Jelqs [12 sec per])
-50 minute edging (with 3 holds at 20,15,10 and at 5 I came with two large bursts)

Flaccid Measurements taken after warmup. Erect taken during Edging. These are being compared to my latest new measurements taken 3/8/09 after my 8 month sabbatical.
Green: Gains
Black: Nothing
Red: Loss
Week 4 (3/30/09)
BPFL: 4.16" -------BPFSL: 6.75"--------BPEL: 6.68"
FG: 4.25"-----------EG: 5.25"

Damnit I want my girth back. Not gonna measure for one month. So lame.

Fig, my EQ always skyrockets if I take a few days off. Have you tried that approach?

My penis was rock solid. Edging/Ballooning does that, especially a light kegel the entire time. It might have been from popping one of my ligs earlier a week or two ago that I noted. I also didn't kegel for the entire weekend.

Why I'm doing this

The Fixer
(M, W, F)
-15 minute warm up (flax seed sock) 1x15 Pyramid kegels [12 sec per rep] You rock PEsG!
-00 minute rotary stretching with helicopter shakes (light stretching for the time being) Increase 5 min/week
-10 minute Wet Jelqing (1X25 Jelqs [12 sec per rep (2 strokes)] and 1X15 V-Jelqs [12 sec per] (3 strokes))
-00 minute Jai (1x20 Jais [4 sec per rep]) will add next week
-05 minute squeezes (8+ fingers, each squeeze a few seconds apart) Took five minutes to get fully erect
-20 minute Ballooning or Edging (with 2 holds at 15,5,) Horrible EQ. Took forever to get fully erect during each hold
-20 minute Bed Fowfers (for cool down)

Throughout the day separate from routine (Depending on PIs this may change.) Starting next week, maybe.
Workout-day Not first week
-Pyramid kegels 2x15 [12 sec per rep]
-Jai 2x20 [4 sec per rep]

Off-day Not first week
-Kegels 3x50 [4 sec per rep]
-Uli 2x3 [30 sec per rep]

I'm fully erect right before and during emission while holding. But right after I start to lose my hardness. Goddamn. Let's see how Bed Fowfers go. It was difficult until I used some common sense.

1. Lay on your side, you pick.
2. Bend your knees and raise the knees to your pubic bone region.
3. Raise your knee away from your body
4. Grip the penis below the glans. (As if you were scratching your ass and then slid down to the penis.
5. stick in in between the thighs. It might touch your butt cheek.
6. Place a pillow between the legs, touching the penis.
7. Lower the knees

I think that's right. Seems to be working great for me. My balls went to the other side too, haha.

I need to learn the ways of the Force. Okay that seemed funnier. I decided not to delete it though, because it's early here.

Credit for my routine really goes to: kingpole, Big Al, and remek.

With their advice and a long days research, this is what I've come up with. I did Jais when I was first PEing but didn't track it, so I just remembered a few days ago. Need to bring those back!

I'm confident that this routine will help get me set up. And once I'm conditioned and gaining (and have done way more research than I have) I'll start to develop my own routine.
