-25 second two-handed squeeze (1x5, below glans and at base[5 sec per]) 50% erection
-00 minute Ballooning or Edging. Not today.
-30 minute Bed Fowfers (for cool down)

Woke up today with morning wood, penis is feeling good. Been plump more. PIs are in my favor!

Here's what I did on Monday. I have yet to miss my new routine.

The Fixer (M) 4/6
-15 minute warm up (flax seed sock) 1x15 Pyramid kegels [12 sec per rep] You rock PEsG!
-5 minute rotary stretching with helicopter shakes [20 sec] (light stretching for the time being) Increase 5 min/week
-10 minute Wet Jelqing (1X25 Jelqs [12 sec per rep (2 strokes)] and 1X15 V-Jelqs [12 sec per] (3 strokes))
-1 minute two-handed squeeze (2x5, below glans and at base[5 sec per]) 50% erection
-00 minute Ballooning or Edging. Not today.
-20 minute Bed Fowfers (for cool down)

-1 minute 20 sec Jai (2x20 Jais [4 sec per rep]) Usually after urinating.
-Pyramid Kegels (2x15 [12 sec per rep]) will add more next week


I haven't been on because at first I thought the site was getting updated, but I was wrong. And also I withdrew from my university and had some crazy stuff happen. I can tell you about it if you wish, but through private messaging. My log isn't the place for it.

Timing makes everything. A focused mind to me is more important than just a relaxed mind, when I'm focused I'm positive of what my erection level is for sure. For example, I know exactly how long I am doing rotary stretches as well as jelqs. For the rotary stretch I use this model:

Stretching
ES: 0-30%
  1. Helicopter Shakes for 20 seconds
  2. Hold in DIRECTION with O.K. grip for 15 kegels (1-2 seconds each)
  3. Maintaining stretch, pull straight out and rotate counter-clockwise to the left then rotate clockwise to the right (10 rotations each)
Repeat steps 1-3. DIRECTION changes from Left, Right, Straight Out, to Straight Up.

Time it takes: 5 minutes.

Wet Jelqing
ES: 40-60%
  1. Apply lubrication
  2. 25 Jelqs, both hands count as one rep [12 seconds per rep: 5 min each set]
  3. 15 V-Jelqs going from the left, center, to the right for one rep [12 seconds per rep: 3 min each set]
Repeat steps 1-2 as needed for a total of: 25 Jelqs and 15 V-Jelqs.


The Fixer
(M,W,F)
-10 minute warm up (flax seed sock) 1x15 Pyramid kegels [12 sec per rep] You rock PEsG!
-05 minute stretches (light stretching for the time being) Inc. 5 min/week
-08 minute Wet Jelqing (1X25 Jelqs [12 sec per rep (2 strokes)] 1X15 V-Jelqs [12 sec per rep (3 strokes)] Inc. 1 set/week
-01 minute 40 second two-handed squeeze (2x5, below glans and at base [5 sec per rep] 5 sec break between reps)
-xx minute Ballooning or Edging (with x holds at x,x,x) Horrible EQ.
-30 minute Bed Fowfers (for cool down)

Throughout the day separate from routine (Depending on PIs this may change.)
Workout-day
-3 minute Pyramid kegels (2x15 [12 sec per rep])
-1 minute 20 second Jai (2x20 [4 sec per rep])

Off-day
-1 minute 40 second kegels (2x25 [4 sec per rep])

There I think The Fixer is finalized.

Fig! Yes, this is spot on for you. This is almost exactly what I do as a maintainence routine 2 times a week.
But even on my off days, I do dry Jelqs after I pee, plus 5 big circle stretches to the left and right. My "V" Jelqs don't last as long as yours either. About 3 seconds per upstroke 3 ways.
But, you are trying to gain and I am only trying to maintain.

How would you like the part as the "Guide" in my New Adventures story?

Thanks JonPop, I'm confident that this is really gonna help me out. And thank you all who viewed and provided feedback on my routine and whatnot. Also thanks Radiohead, because I'm going to incorporate your idea on warming up. But I am going to track how long I warm up for on days I'm not measuring, heh. And thanks again remek, Big Al, and kingpole for your help devising this routine. I'm sure it's going to help me greatly.

Discovery: My macbook has a feature, where if you press the F4 key, you can see a calculator, the weather, the date, and the time in the seconds. Now I can be even more accurate on how long my workout takes. This is of course not counting rest time inbetween each exercise. Since it is the second week, I'm going to add another set to my jelqs, because of my positive PIs.

Plan: To dive into Exercising the Penis, once I have a little more free time. Preparations are in order for my flight to California to help my sisters (plural) move their belongings back to Washington.

I've received a lot of PMs from members (plural again) wanting to know if I finally started gaining again so here it is. Flaccid measurements taken today after warm up. Erect measurements taken during ballooning. I checked about 3 times each to be sure. I measure right at the end of where the foreskin would be. Right below the glans and right before the shaft.

Week 3 (4/13/09)
BPFL: 4.18" -------BPFSL: 6.5"--------BPEL: 6.75"
FG: 4.5"-----------EG: 5.5"

Conclusion: My flaccid lengths have all increased (.02 in FL and .25 in FG), save my BPFSL which I lost a quarter-inch with. Increase in BPEL by .07" and EG is up to 5.5.

-07 minute 8 second stretches (moderate stretching for the time being) Inc. 5 min/week

-01 minute 40 second two-handed squeeze (3x5, below glans and at base [5 sec per rep] 5 sec break between reps)
-19 minute Ballooning (with 3 holds at 10,5,4) Difficult to get fully erect. Kegels help get there. EQ 6-7.
-30 minute Bed Fowfers (for cool down)

Today during my regular jelqs I was at 40-60% erection.

Throughout the day separate from routine (Depending on PIs this may change.)
Workout-day
-3 minute Pyramid kegels (2x15 [12 sec per rep])
-1 minute 20 second Jai (3x20 [4 sec per rep])

Off-day
-1 minute 40 second kegels (3x25 [4 sec per rep])


My routine is working! Going to add one set every two weeks.

Off-day
-1 minute 40 second kegels (3x25 [4 sec per rep])

Positive PIs:
√ larger flaccid hang lasting all day
increased night and morning wood
√ increased hardness of erections
increase of normal size
-spontaneous erections
√ gains

I think I'm off to a great start. Did my 3 sets of kegels throughout the day. Going to sleep. Because I got a busy day tomorrow of...nothing to do. Except PE.
