Off-day
-1 minute 40 second kegels (3x25 [4 sec per rep])

Positive PIs:
√ larger flaccid hang lasting all day
increased night and morning wood
√ increased hardness of erections
increase of normal size
-spontaneous erections
√ gains

have done two of my kegel sets for the day. Bio Oil is amazing stuff. Put it on after getting out of the shower around 8:00pm (I've been lazy) and wow, I feel the difference. Tomorrow will be my second day working out with the stuff.

The Fixer (F) 4/17/09
-11 minute warm up (flax seed sock) 1x15 Pyramid kegels [12 sec per rep] You rock PEsG!
-07 minute stretches (light stretching for the time being) Inc. 5 min/week
-08 minute Wet Jelqing (1X25 Jelqs [12 sec per rep (2 strokes)] 1X15 V-Jelqs [12 sec per rep (3 strokes)] Inc. 1 set/week
-01 minute 40 second two-handed squeeze (2x5, below glans and at base [5 sec per rep] 5 sec break between reps)
-00minute Ballooning or Edging (with x holds at x,x,x) Horrible EQ.
-00 minute Bed Fowfers (for cool down)

Throughout the day separate from routine (Depending on PIs this may change.)
Workout-day
-3 minute Pyramid kegels (2x15 [12 sec per rep])
-1 minute 20 second Jai (2x20 [4 sec per rep])

Short day, because my penis seemed tired after this. So this is what I went with. Gonna shower, drink some Erection Tea, then it's to the bars to find my ladyfriend for the night.

Will do remek. Thanks for the compliment, I take pride in my focus, or obsession, heh heh. I've been increasing the intensity gradually to keep on the improvement. I decided to end this week, splitting up the routine between Fri and Sat, because on Monday, I'm going to add another set of jelqs to my regiment. I love that Bio Oil. No sign of man tits, at all. HAHAHAHA. Had to say it.

Thank you epsilon, I'm going to do my best. Going to be on as much as I can, which is a lot because bars don't really start till late in the evening and I no longer go to school. Still need to get a job...haha.

-42 minute Edging (with 4 holds at 16,11,7,5, and my finish at 3)
-sleep (for cool down)

Throughout the day separate from routine (Depending on PIs this may change.)

Went to sleep at...well, 5:00am today. Woke up around 2:00pm with morning wood. Been incredibly busy, one of my buddies gave me and all my personal belongings a lift to the UPS/Fed Ex store to ship my junk back home.

Off-day

-1 minute 40 second kegels (1x25 [6 sec per rep])

Positive PIs:
- larger flaccid hang lasting all day
increased night and morning wood
√ increased hardness of erections
increase of normal size
- spontaneous erections
√ gains

Okay, I'm planning on sleeping before 4:00am, so I can wake up at a reasonable time.

Went to sleep around 4:25am and woke up around 11:00am, so I'm improving...

Anyways, enough about my insomnia, here's what I've done for today. Since I'm packing up for my move out tomorrow/tonight before my flight, I did not have time for a cool down or a edging/ballooning session.

The Fixer (W) 4/22/09
-14 minute warm up (flax seed sock) 1x15 Pyramid kegels [12 sec per rep] You rock PEsG!
-07 minute stretches (moderate stretching for the time being)
-16 minute Wet Jelqing (2X25 Jelqs [12 sec per rep (2 strokes)] 2X15 V-Jelqs [12 sec per rep (3 strokes)]
-02 minute 40 second two-handed squeeze (3x5, below glans and at base [5 sec per rep] 5 sec break between reps)
-00 minute Edging (with 4 holds at 16,11,7,5, and my finish at 3)
-shower (for warm down)
-Erection Tea after shower
