Here is the account of my PE exercise. I tried the beginner routine under the guides for 2 days and then took 2 off before I began JonPop's program.
I believe in the practice of creating your own vocab, though I can't remember that term. I have read other posts saying that "you want to be X% erected" or at a x% erection", so I am going to create my own abbreviation:
ES refers to the erection stage of the penis (0-100%).
90 Day JP Routine: Starting Friday
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun
Warm Up
10 minute rice sock
Stretching
ES: 0-30%
Repeat steps 1-3. DIRECTION changes from Left, Right, Straight Out, to Straight Up.
- Helicopter Shakes for 20 seconds
- Hold in DIRECTION with O.K. grip for 25 kegels (2-3 seconds each)
- Maintaining stretch, pull straight out and rotate counter-clockwise to the left then rotate clockwise to the right (10 rotations each)
Conclude with Helicopter Shakes
Wet Jelqing
ES: 60-80%
Repeat steps 1-2 as needed for a total of 150 Jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs.
- Watch porn until at desired ES.
- Apply lubrication
- 50 Jelqs, both hands count as one rep (3-4 seconds each)
- 30 V-Jelqs going from the left, center, to the right for one rep (4-5 seconds each)
Warm Down
10 minute rice sock or a hot shower.
The workout takes about 1 hour, not counting the warm down.
3 sets of 100 kegels daily. Edging every other day 2 hours after workout, except days off.

- 1 x Special One Multi Vitamin & Mineral [brand: now]
- 2 x Zinc Chelate 30 mg [brand: Nature's Way]
- 1 x Super B-Complex with Vitamin C and Folic Acid [brand: Nature Made]
