    im starting this thread one day late since i only knew a few minutes ago that this thread exists and i already started my first PE session yesterday hehe.
    but this is it.. in a few hours from now i'm gonna start my second and i'm quite excited about it.
    but let me post about my first day first.

    i'm currently doing JP's 90 day program. and nothing more nothing less. strictly following JP's advices.

    starting stats: 4" full erect Length

    haven't really measured my full erect girth, and flaccid stats. but my dick is small so yeah.. i don't really have some motivation to measure it right now. but i have big hopes that i will have some after this 90 day program.

    first session was good, although i may have pulled a little hard during the stretching exercises since i felt a little bit of pain. so i'm gonna try to pull a easier on the next session.
    after the session, my penis felt good. and flaccid feels its like it's harder, and although my junior looks like he's really tired, it kinda has the proud aura on it like a "chin up" aura lol.

    i hope this goes all good, no injuries whatsover. thanks to JP and everyone in this forum.

    Congratulations on starting your log thread and JP's 90. You are off to a good start. How many days per week do you plan to PE?

    i plan to do the 2 day on and 1 day off routine.

    i spent a lot of time reading the JP's 90 thread before deciding to start.. and i read that JP's90 is like the most intense out of all the beginners workout out there, and JP himself said that its better to go to a safer and slower kinda way, so yeah.. hehe thanks guys for wishing me luck!

    just finished my second session. went well

    i kept losing erections every 10 reps of the normal jelqs so i started thinking of hot stuff, and it worked it was able to maintain 70% erection.

    no problems whatsover with V-jelqs, went just smoothly.

    june20 was a rest day..

    i missed june21 because of a bad hangover.

    but now i will get back on my feet!!

    It's okay to miss an extra day. I've done it a few times. Just keep going and you'll do fine.

    thanks man, that might be a simple sentence but it gave me more encouragement.

    june22 log
    session went well again. except that i've been getting too erected too often while doing normal jelqs which is kinda abnormal for me(usually i lose erection)
    so it took me longer to finish the session this time because i had to wait all the time whenever i get too erected.

    decided to drink whey protein every end of session.
    figured i drink whey protein whenever i finish my resistance training and weight lifting.
    and the penis is a muscle too so it needs more protein right?
