Well, I've been very quiet for a while (lurking a bit actually)Was taking some time away from everything, to sort some stuff out. I've been doing my exercises religiously, 2 on 1 off, and nothing has really changed in my routines apart from the daily tweaks here and there like before. I am giving myself a bit more freedom in my routine because it was stressing me out thinking about how I'm going to remember the order I did things and it's nice to do whatever and relax about it for a while. But all in all it's the same amount and same kind of exercises.
For the next few weeks I'm going to use the log to document anything more noteworthy. Things of interest in my PE routine lately have been:
* I'm having the problem of boning up regularly again during my stretches. When this happens now I just roll with it and do some squeezes. I find after several reps of a girth exercises I exhaust the erection somewhat and it goes back to a semi.
* A couple of times I did three sets of pumping and had some fluid build up in the foreskin. I've learnt that if I really want to do a third set it has to be on a much lower vacuum.
* I've been wearing the cloth strap thing sometimes for 24 hours straight (except in the shower) and have had some awesome flaccid girth. I haven't measured it and I might be talking shit, but I'm saying anyway that my girth was spectacular on some daysPI's are being maintained at a good level.
If I do anything out of the ordinary with my PE I'll use this log to take note of it, like if I practice using my wench again or whatever.
On a personal note I have been totally reinvigorated to get my work and job advancing. I've been attacking it after my break and have put several plans into action and it's making me feel pretty good I must say.
I'm getting home earlier after work everyday too so I'll use some of that time to be more active on the forum.
