    Well, I've been very quiet for a while (lurking a bit actually) Was taking some time away from everything, to sort some stuff out. I've been doing my exercises religiously, 2 on 1 off, and nothing has really changed in my routines apart from the daily tweaks here and there like before. I am giving myself a bit more freedom in my routine because it was stressing me out thinking about how I'm going to remember the order I did things and it's nice to do whatever and relax about it for a while. But all in all it's the same amount and same kind of exercises.

    For the next few weeks I'm going to use the log to document anything more noteworthy. Things of interest in my PE routine lately have been:
    * I'm having the problem of boning up regularly again during my stretches. When this happens now I just roll with it and do some squeezes. I find after several reps of a girth exercises I exhaust the erection somewhat and it goes back to a semi.
    * A couple of times I did three sets of pumping and had some fluid build up in the foreskin. I've learnt that if I really want to do a third set it has to be on a much lower vacuum.
    * I've been wearing the cloth strap thing sometimes for 24 hours straight (except in the shower) and have had some awesome flaccid girth. I haven't measured it and I might be talking shit, but I'm saying anyway that my girth was spectacular on some days PI's are being maintained at a good level.

    If I do anything out of the ordinary with my PE I'll use this log to take note of it, like if I practice using my wench again or whatever.

    On a personal note I have been totally reinvigorated to get my work and job advancing. I've been attacking it after my break and have put several plans into action and it's making me feel pretty good I must say.
    I'm getting home earlier after work everyday too so I'll use some of that time to be more active on the forum.

    I tried putting on the mini wench last night, but... it just doesn't work for me. I had the wrap on pretty tight, and the foreskin can just fairly easily still ride over the glans and pull the wrap loose with it. I'm just about to give up entirely on the idea of tradional hanging with being uncircumsized. I think the next step towards hanging will be to research and lock down the best option for a vacuum hanger. I can't get one right now but I can at least research what vaccum hanger setup I should be going for.

    Hi Yiagos, thank mate. 7" would be great. I guess the first goal is to ensure I don't lose my current gains, and just keep moving forwards. 6¾" will be my next goal for now, and a solid 5" MSEG and consistently over as well for the present girth goal, and 5.2" MSEG short term girth goal.

    Hey mverg and raider. I'm still doing my exercises and I think I could be just a tad over 5" girth actually. They were just quick measurements but I think I'm still on track. Flaccid hang was okay today but it actually hasn't been as full-some lately as it usually was before.

    I have recently started using my larger cylinder when pumping though, but there's a problem with it. The 1.75" cylinder is tapered smoothly at the opening but the 2" cylinder seem to taper to the same size opening and had a stupid sharp lip on it. I have an indent on my shaft base after using it and would probably be bruised if I bruised more easily like other people.

    Trying to do my best at work still. I've figured out I need to document everything I do and everything I'm asked to do, to feel like I'm on top of it. If I don't I can't concentrate on anything. So it's working but still need to make some more decent headway. Feeling pretty depressed actually especially about being so damn poor. I can't buy myself anything anymore. Have to pinch every single penny and I'm fantasizing about retail therapy. Lol. I'd really like to get a vacuum hanger, because I think that's the only way I'll be able to get properly into hanging.

    Ebay is starting to look more promising, with my wife having sold a few items at a nice profit. Still just spare change at this stage though.

    Anyhoo, I actually need to start warming up now for tonight's exercises

    .5 inch girth is pretty respectable for six months. You are obviously quite skilled at documentation (your pictures as a prime example) and so your decision to document appears to be a good start and may actually be reducing work stress because you have proof that you are on top of things. Be careful about trying to do too much pe stuff at one time because it may backfire if you don't get the results you would like in accelerated mind of a cock jockey. (When I read Raiders's scok hanger X, I impulsively wanted to try it, but upon some more thought I am not ready for it.)

    I have done ebay periodically and used my profits to buy things that I want. Seems like a good trade off, but it requires time to follow through across the entire transaction.

    Down, BTL-left, BTL-right 60 sec
    Out, Left, Right, Up with 25 kegels and 10 x 2 rotary stretches in between
    Left and right mandingo stretch 30 sec
    Tunica tugs 30 sec x 2
    10 min jelq
    15 min pump 3-5 Hg
