About 20 - 25 min of the full gamut of stretches
2 x 20 min pump @ 4 Hg with 10 min of jelqs, rolls and squeezes in between.
Having a great flaccid hang lately and am feeling quite positive towards my dick. Badly need to use the larger cylinder now. Really had to screw and twist the cylinder down on the second set to get it over the shaft.
