    I'll be editing this first post now with summary updates on overall progress.

    Last photo update is >>here<< on page 24 of this progress log.

    Starting size
    BPFL: 4", NBPFL: 3 ½", MFG: 4", BFG: 4 ¼", GFG: 4"
    BPEL: 6", NBPEL: 5 ½", MEG: 4 ½", BEG: 4 ¾", GEG: 4 ½"
    Average EG: 4.58"

    Will update all those measurements for my current size.... sometime.








    5th July 2011

    Routine for my first month:


    • Quick shower (better grip)
    • 10 min warm up (hot heat pillow)
    • Stretches: SD, DL, DR, SO, UL, UR, SU - Ease into each 30 sec stretch - 5 rotary stretches each direction in-between and heli shakes
    • 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq, 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq - kegel every 3 reps or so (I hate counting so I timed it. This should equal 150 jelq and 90 v-jelq. I'm calling 3 strokes 1 rep for v-jelq)
    • Few minutes warm down


    At some stage later in the evening, make sure I maintain an erection for a while.
    At times throughout the day, also wearing a light ADS ball weight, about 3 hours at work and 1-2 hours at home. Also doing a few JAI stretches a few times at work.

    Off day today. Thinking I should tone the routine down a little. Will add kegels to stretches after reading PESG's story. Would like to do the 30 min edging afterwards but might be pushing my wife's tolerance a bit. I like the idea of 4 x 10 second flaccid bends and then five LOT stretches with only 10 x 2 rotary stretches at the end. Might drop the last 5 min v-jelq. hmmm. Feel bad for changing often but it's only been two weeks and I'm finding my footing. I want the perfect routine to stick to for me.

    After reading a lot of posts and some of the science and theory about plastic deformation, colagen, hanging and people's experiences, I'm going with the idea that it will be beneficial to still do a routine of basic stretches on off days. No bends or jelqs or anything strenuous, just some basic stretches.

    So last night warmed up about 10-15 minutes and stretched SD, L, R, SO, SU and 2 x 5 rotary stretches. All my P.I.'s seem good. The skin looks slightly darker than before, and I think the skin on the glans looks quite a bit healthier than it used to, or in fact ever before. Flaccid hang seems quite good pretty much all day. I have a semi chubby in the morning, but never get much morning wood, I think because I'm always busting to go to the loo by morning.

    I feel like he's going to grow and wants to grow. I feel like he's happy and willing and I'm feeling positive. I'm going to call the quit line today for help with giving up cigarettes. I smoke about a pack every two days, and it's going to be a challenge giving up, but I can feel smoking is absolutely not helping my efforts.

    I have a written log book that I'm going to transfer here on the weekend and make it easy to follow rather than these rambling posts. I will ramble occasionally though.

    Yesterday I had a proper off day and didn't do any "basic stretching" and had great erections through the night and in the morning too. I'm currently doing 3 on 1 off. I've decided, to change my exercise times to mornings instead of evenings to limit the exposure of my wife to my PE activities. I felt pretty good and happy about the session this morning.

    Last week I called the smoking quit line, went to the doctor, and got a prescription for nicotine patches.

    I'm going to measure on the 25th of July and I'm feeling nervous about it. I try and tell myself it doesn't matter if there's no gains yet but I really, really want there to be at least a little. It seems bigger to me, but I don't know if it's just in my head. The sounds my wife makes are certainly changing for the better when we have sex.

    Also, I've been taking the supplements for six days now, and I feel like they're making me happier and less stressed and more confident. Maybe it takes longer to become effective than six days, but I do feel better than I used to, especially the first half of the day.

    This is my crazy log. As you can see I've been finding my footing for a while. I could have written it in a way that seemed to show more consistency but I've gone for a bit more detail. I'm happy with the set of exercises I've been doing for the last few days. At times I've been wearing a 1/3 pound weight during the day for a few hours, but only when I feel like it.

    I measured today and have some humble gains to report.

    BPEL has increased by ¼ inch and EG has increased by ⅛ inch after 35 days.

    I did some sneaky measurements before today and was pretty sure I was a bit bigger. I have noticed today though that if I measure sitting down, the length actually measures 6½ inches! I first measured when kneeling though, so this is the way I'm recording official measurements. I measured after my rest day, and before my next exercises.

    These small but notable increases are what I was hoping for and is more than enough to tell me that PE works, and specifically, works for me. I'm going to try to not measure again until the end of September.

    17th July 2011: off - took an early rest day because of getting more sex, and the exercises on the 16th were higher intensity.
    18th, 19th, 20th July 2011: on, PI's: VERY GOOD. Rest day was a good idea.

    22nd, 23rd, 24th July 2011: on
    25th July 2011: Rest day
    26th, 27th, 28th July 2011: on

    Measured on the 26th before exercises BPEL 6¼" MEG 4⅝" BEG 4⅞". Increases of 0.25 inch in length and 1/8th inch in girth.
    I started doing ULIs and squeezes at this time. I was testing the technique, and paying close attention to the effect. They feel good and PI's remain positive. I thought it was called horse squeeze but it's not. I'm squeezing at the base for 10 seconds and then just under then glans at the same time for 10 seconds.

    29th July 2011: Rest day
    30th, 31st July, 1st August 2011: on, PI's: GOOD, especially morning wood

    Started doing some side to side stretches as well. Sometimes replacing the rotary stretches.

    2nd August 2011: Rest day
    3rd August 2011: on, PI's: VERY GOOD, especially flaccid hang.
    4th August 2011: off: early rest day. My excuse could be sex, but I was having a fun filled day and didn't make the time for exercises.
    5th, 6th, 7th August 2011: on.

    Feeling like stretching downwards is giving a better stretch than upwards. Or more satisfying at least. Anyway, started adding the directions of left and right behind the cheek. So basically stretching out backwards. I start crouched and can feel a good stretch when straightening up to a standing position.

    8th August 2011: Rest day, PI's: FAIR.

    Last few days have had more sex than usual, sometimes pretty rough too, and my routine has had some more intensity. All in all my guy is pretty happy lately, but he needs the rest day today. Will see how we are tomorrow morning to guage the intensity of the next workout.

    I have a suspicion there's a small increase since last measuring two weeks ago, but want to stop myself from thinking too much about it. Sometimes I'll do these sneaky measurements by comparing myself to some... thing, object, whatever, in the bathroom, and then lack of discipline and curiosity get the better of me later and find myself later measuring the object. Silly, I know.

    After exercising I'm usually 'edging', getting to PONR 2 or 3 times. I don't like to spend much time on it though, so I'm rushing this part which is probably not a great idea. I'm wanting to get a Fleshlight STU for this. Would be much more fun.

    I'm aware I'm doing some exercises that people would say I probably shouldn't be doing yet. So I'm going on record to say I know the recommendations and am doing them anyway, using my own judgement and 'biofeedback'.

    After the first month, the left side shows less than 6 inch BPEL due to poor erection level, but I did start at 6".

    Seeing Rammln's pics inspired me to do them like this. Not as high quality but I'm still happy with them. I'm pretty sure I'll have another growth picture comparison opportunty in a few weeks. I think I've already increased possibly 4mm since the 26th July

    I decided to make them public because I know how good it's been to see other's. I get why people don't want to post pics though. It's kinda weird making your dick public. It's for a good cause
