Sorry for having not updated this thread in a while. Busy and also testing a new type of v-jelg which I call the diamond jelg where the fingers form a v and the they are placed under the shaft near the knuckles and the thumbs are pressed at the top side slanted to form the diamond. I have implemented this into my routine doing 150 (30x5). Doing this give stability on both sides working the under the penis without putting any pressure on the cs itself to help round the penis. I have been doing this for about a month and have already seen a difference to my amazement (but everything needs to be tested before one knows if it will yield the results it was designed for). I have started to finally see more thickness in the cs from this which is something I have been struggling with where the the upper penis is now just under 5.5 instead of 5.4 previously. It takes work and dedication through. Nothing comes without work.
My mid and base girth are still the same along with the length. More of my pressure have been put on the upper region to get a more even thickness and rounded penis. I will get back into gaining length in about a month but for right now it is just maintenance of the length.
This has been my routine for the month. Yes, I have not done any stretches but cemented only what I have gained.
No real need to include warm up/down being evident.
upward jelgs: 50 x 4 (erection level of 80%)
diamond jelgs: 30 x 5 (erection level of 70%)
ulis 10 (erection level of 90% near PONR the slight rest) on day 1, 3, 5
supras on day 2, 4
edging on day 1, 3, 5
Kegeling I do separately every other day 50 x 3 (5 second hold).
PE with caution remembering gaining penile size is better than gaining penile injuries.
