    Sorry for having not updated this thread in a while. Busy and also testing a new type of v-jelg which I call the diamond jelg where the fingers form a v and the they are placed under the shaft near the knuckles and the thumbs are pressed at the top side slanted to form the diamond. I have implemented this into my routine doing 150 (30x5). Doing this give stability on both sides working the under the penis without putting any pressure on the cs itself to help round the penis. I have been doing this for about a month and have already seen a difference to my amazement (but everything needs to be tested before one knows if it will yield the results it was designed for). I have started to finally see more thickness in the cs from this which is something I have been struggling with where the the upper penis is now just under 5.5 instead of 5.4 previously. It takes work and dedication through. Nothing comes without work.

    My mid and base girth are still the same along with the length. More of my pressure have been put on the upper region to get a more even thickness and rounded penis. I will get back into gaining length in about a month but for right now it is just maintenance of the length.

    This has been my routine for the month. Yes, I have not done any stretches but cemented only what I have gained.
    No real need to include warm up/down being evident.

    upward jelgs: 50 x 4 (erection level of 80%)
    diamond jelgs: 30 x 5 (erection level of 70%)
    ulis 10 (erection level of 90% near PONR the slight rest) on day 1, 3, 5
    supras on day 2, 4
    edging on day 1, 3, 5

    Kegeling I do separately every other day 50 x 3 (5 second hold).

    PE with caution remembering gaining penile size is better than gaining penile injuries.

    Well, I had an issue with doing the v-jelgs because I am naturally wide (mid alone is about 2 inches) so you see my point. So I had to go to the drawing board to find a solution (sorry I am programmer) to the problem so I can target the them under the penis. It just so happens the diamond targets the lower side and upper side getting the member to get rounder instead of just wider. I am telling you, bro, to try it out.

    All is well with me (even in the worst of time things could still be worse so I am always thankful).

    The same routine as before is what I am doing 5 days a week (no Friday or Saturdays (keeping the Sabbath which is the least I could do for the Lord)) which is working out fine, slow but still fine. Any sign of improvement of size or shape is a good sign. It is not have fast you can gain which is the most important but if you are gaining at all.
    Keep in mind that having a health penis which can get a strong erection outweights the size and/or gains. She can't do much with it if it can't get hard anymore from unsafe routines. My word to all this week and every week. Be wise and safe.

    Well, the routine is still the same (why stop something which is slowing working). I still need to update because I did increase in length and some upper shaft girth which was nice given all the work I have done being persistent with the routine. So I will update now.

    All is the same on the routine. I am on my second day of the week break from PE allowing my little member to catch up in any fiber growth (hopefully). Anyway it is a perfect time because of Windows 8 (which I have mixed opinions of as a developer) that I start writing for DX11 which I though DX9 and DX10 where fine depending on the version of Window. It makes me want to just use OpenGL for everything because most all versions of the OS's include Linux version can use. Enough of ranting, I will post in two weeks on this thread.

    Well, it's been a while since I have been around due to spending so much time programming which is what I do, but I still have been faithful in doing PE regardless at night which I put time aside for.

    My current routine is still the same but recently (from this week), I have decided to try a new routine which only incorporates the diamond jelg and horse squeezes with compression clamping also just under the gland because my goal is still to level out the girth on the top with the bottom as much as I can.

    Warm ups and down are a given anyway.



    10 sets in sequence.

    Edge to PONR then let drop to 90%.
    Horse squeeze compression 30 second hold.
    (Then) 30x Diamond jelgs 10 second upward.

    For all you beginner's this is not for you just yet.

    I haven't measures the girth in a while but I am seeing some leveling out which a good sign.
    I will post updated measurements later (or when I remember after getting a full erection for
    accuracy.

    The routine is still the same except I went back to 1 minute holds on the compression squeezes and for some odd reason add back it stretching routine even after I said I would stop at eight on a full erection. Well, I kind of changed my mind (call it EGO). I know what you may be thinking, "You're a punk, newdude, going back on your length goal". And, you know what, you're right. Dually noted.
    All in all the upper region is getting thicker (my primary girth target) with hard work and dedication. I still haven't taken a recent measurement but when I remember then I will.
    I did post to Big0 about starting hanging and what weight to start at. Hopefully, bro, throws me some info (waiting...).

    Anyway, until next week to whosoever is reading (bored from it), PE safety and remember that your size don't define you as a man for you already are.
